Red Team Your Plan
Lists the ten hardest questions a sceptical boss or board will ask about your plan, with answers and fixes.
For: Anyone presenting a plan, budget or proposal to people who will pick it apart
You get: Ten questions ranked by damage, with your answer or the gap written next to each
Different: Asks from four fixed seats (finance, operations, customer, rival), ranks each question by the damage a weak answer does, and marks what you cannot answer yet.
When to use it
The user is about to present something to people who will challenge it: a plan, a budget, a business case, a strategy, a proposal, a launch. They want the hard questions before the room asks them. The plan in, ten ranked questions out, each with an answer written from the plan or a gap named with the fix.
Not for writing the plan itself, and not for a post-mortem of something that already happened.
What it asks you
One message, numbered.
- The plan. Paste it, or the notes and numbers it rests on. The more of the actual document, the sharper the questions.
- Who is asking the questions: their roles, and what each one is known to care about or has challenged before.
- What the plan asks of them: approval, money, people, a decision, a signature.
- The three things you are least sure of. Say them plainly; they are usually where the questions land.
- What you cannot change at this stage (the date, the budget ceiling, the team).
If the user will not say what they are unsure of, build the questions from the plan alone and say the ranking would be sharper with that answer. Never invent a questioner's view, a figure, a competitor fact or a market claim. Answers are written only from what the plan and the user give; where the plan is silent, the answer is marked as a gap.
What comes back
Plain text.
RED TEAM: plan title, who is asking, what the plan asks of them, presentation date if given
TOP TEN (ranked by damage) 1. Seat. Grade. Q: the question A: the answer from the plan, or GAP: what the plan does not say Fix (gaps only): what to get, who from, by when Raise it yourself (on two questions only)
(repeat to 10)
WHERE THEY CLUSTER: one or two lines naming the weak point most questions hit
CUT QUESTIONS: the merged or dropped ones, one line each, so nothing is lost
Next: one line naming the single most useful next step.
What is in the download
- 00_START_HERE.pdf: the two-minute set-up for each AI.
- 1 - Skill:
red-team-your-plan.zip, one upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It switches on by itself when this job comes up. - 2 - Text file for any AI: the same Move as one
.txt. Attach it to any chat, on any plan, and type "Follow this file".
It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone for you and never invents a fact, a number or proof.
A Move is a single play. The whole function in a box is an agent pack.
Questions
What is a Move?
One task done with AI that most people in your job do not know is possible, packaged as one skill. One input, one result, one sitting. It is not a prompt tip and not a whole agent pack.
Why is it free for 48 hours?
Every new Move is free for its first 48 hours so you can try it and vote. After that it is $9 on its own, or part of the Lifetime Pass.
What does the Lifetime Pass include?
Every Move on the board today in one download, and every Move added later, which appear on your order page as they land. Paid once. The price rises as the board grows.
How does the ranking work?
Votes, with recent votes counting more, on top of the rank each Move launched with. Counts show from 10 votes. Nothing is seeded.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes and you read and send. It never invents a fact, a number or proof.
