Privacy policy

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address, name and billing country, collected by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• When you send a form: what you type into it, such as your name, email and message, or your leads brief.
• When you use the help chat: the messages you type. Do not share card numbers or passwords there.
• When you leave a review: your star rating, your words and the name you choose to show, linked to your order so we can mark it as a verified purchase. We show only your first name and last initial, never your email. If the order is refunded, the review is taken down.
• When you buy: the product, the time and your billing country are used, without your name, for the short “recent order” notice on the site. We keep these for 30 days.

Why

To deliver what you bought, send your receipt, answer your message, give refunds and keep the records the law asks us to keep. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

Who handles it

Stripe processes payments. Netlify hosts this site and stores form messages. Anthropic powers the help chat: what you type in the chat is sent to Anthropic to write the reply, and we do not keep chat conversations. All act on our instructions.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to process the payment and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Reviews while the product is on sale, or until you ask us to remove yours. Messages for up to two years, or less if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by email at hello@solvewithai.shop or through the contact form. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
