Works for: Any country

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You want to rent a two-bed flat in Leeds listed at £1,350 a month. The listing has been up for five weeks, and four similar flats nearby are advertised at £1,200 to £1,300.

It asks you, for example

  1. Where you live, including region and city
  2. Renewal, rent increase or new place
  3. The rent now and what they ask
  4. Whether anything has arrived in writing
The offer it writes to the agent

Subject: Rent at Flat 4, 12 Elm Court from 1 December: proposal

Hello,

Thank you for showing me Flat 4 on 28 October. I would like to rent it, and I would be grateful if you could put this offer to the landlord.

Similar two-bed flats nearby:
- Park Road, 2 bed, £1,200 per month, listed 9 October
- Mill Lane, 2 bed, £1,225 per month, listed 14 October
- Church Street, 2 bed, £1,275 per month, listed 12 October
- Station Road, 2 bed, £1,300 per month, listed 20 October

The middle of these is £1,250. I would like to offer £1,250 a month on an 18-month tenancy, with a start date to suit the landlord.

Could you let me know by 7 November?

Kind regards,
[YOUR NAME]

If the agent counters, it moves once toward your acceptable figure and asks for something back, such as a fixed rent.

It asks where you live and what you pay, helps you compare 3 to 5 similar listings, works out what to ask for and when to walk away, then writes short, calm messages to your landlord or agent.

The message most people send, and the one this pack writes

The usual first message

Subject: Rent increase Hi, I got your message about the rent going up. I think it is too much and I cannot really afford it. Could you please lower it? I have been a good tenant and I hope we can work something out. Thanks

No numbers, no proof, no clear ask and no date, so it is easy to ignore or refuse.

With this Problem Pack

Subject: Rent at 2140 N Leavitt St, Apt 3B from 1 July: proposal Dear Ms Alvarez, Thank you for the renewal offer of 15 April. I would like to stay. I have lived in 3B for three years and paid on time every month. Five similar two-bed apartments nearby are listed between $1,800 and $1,950, with a middle price of $1,875. I would like to propose renewing at $1,875 a month from 1 July, and I am happy to sign for 24 months, which saves you an empty period. Could you let me know by 29 April? Kind regards, Jordan Pike

  1. Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
  2. Attach the text file to a new chat in any AI and type "Follow this file". Or upload it once as a skill to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the pack as a ready-to-upload skill with its SKILL.md, the same pack as one text file for any AI, and a start-here PDF with both set-ups.

Good to know

  • Rent rules change a lot by country, state and city. The pack tells you what to check on the official housing site.
  • Start 60 to 90 days before your lease ends or the new rent starts, if you can.
  • Trading terms, like a longer lease, often works better than asking only for a lower number.
  • It will never tell you to stop paying rent to win an argument.
  • It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
  • Part of the Renter's Kit: 3 packs for $29.
  • Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.

How do I get it?

Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.

Can I keep it ready for next time?

Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.

Is this legal advice?

No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
