Problem Pack for home and renting
Noisy Neighbour
Quiet a noisy neighbour, calmly. It writes a friendly first note, sets up a noise diary and takes you to the landlord, building or council.
Works for: Any country
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
The flat next door in your block is let to short-stay guests. For four weeks there have been parties past 1am at weekends, and a polite note to the owner got no reply.
It asks you, for example
- Which country and city you live in
- What the noise is, and when
- Whether you rent or own, in a shared building
- What you have said to them so far
Subject: Noise complaint: Flat 9, Kingsley House, October 2026
Dear Building Manager,
I live in Flat 7 at Kingsley House. Flat 9 next door appears to be let to short-stay guests. My noise diary shows loud music and shouting there on 3, 4, 10, 17, 18 and 24 October, each time from about 11pm until between 1am and 3am. It is heard clearly in my bedroom.
The building rules ban noise that disturbs other residents after 11pm. On 6 October I left a polite note for the owner with my number. I have had no reply, and the noise has continued.
Please contact the owner of Flat 9, ask them to enforce the building rules with their guests, and tell me what you have done by 13 November 2026. I can share the diary and recordings.
Kind regards,
[YOUR NAME]
Flat 7
If nothing changes, it suggests community mediation or prepares your council noise complaint with a summary of your diary.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for dealing with a noisy neighbour, calmly and lawfully.
It asks where you live and what the noise is, tells you honestly how strong your case is, then writes a friendly first note and the next messages, and tells you when to go to the landlord, building or council.

The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Noise Hi, The noise from your flat is really out of order. It goes on all the time and nobody in the building can sleep. Please have some respect for other people or I will have to report you. Thanks
No times, no clear ask, a threat in the first message and a claim it cannot prove, so the neighbour digs in.
Subject: A note from Flat 3 upstairs Hi, I'm Priya from Flat 3 upstairs. I hope you don't mind a note. Sound carries a lot in this building, and the bass from music on Thursday to Saturday nights comes straight up into my bedroom, usually from about 11.30pm until 2am. I start work at 7am, so it has been hard to sleep. Would you be able to turn the bass down after 11pm? I'd really appreciate it. If it's easier to talk, knock any evening or text me. Thanks, Priya
It is friendly, gives real times, makes one small ask and leaves the door open. An invented example from the pack.

How you use it
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
- Attach the text file to a new chat in any AI and type "Follow this file". Or upload it once as a skill to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot.
- Answer its questions in your own words. It works through the problem with you from there.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the pack as a ready-to-upload skill with its SKILL.md, the same pack as one text file for any AI, and a start-here PDF with both set-ups.
Good to know
- Night noise counts for much more than everyday sounds like footsteps or talking.
- Most official noise teams want a diary over a few weeks before they act.
- Recording the noise from your own home is usually fine. Recording people talking is not allowed in some places, so the pack tells you to check first.
- Banging back or revenge noise can make you the one who gets the complaint.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
4 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.
| START-HERE.pdf | The two ways to set it up, step by step, and the commands you can type. |
|---|---|
| 1 - Skill | A ready-to-upload skill (.zip) and its SKILL.md. Upload it once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot and it switches on whenever this problem comes up. |

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
