Packs

You have 14 days from purchase to ask for your money back if a Problem Pack or agent pack does not do what its page says. Email hello@solvewithai.shop or message us with what you asked it and what it returned, and we refund you to the card you paid with.

B2B lead lists

You see the count and fifteen real rows first: before you pay if you ask for a free count, or before we build the full file if you buy straight away. You only pay for the leads that arrive: if we cannot find the full number, we refund the difference. Any email that bounces in the first 14 days we replace free, and if we cannot replace it, we refund that row. A list is built to your brief, so once delivered we fix it by replacing rows rather than taking it back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 working days.
