AI agent pack for customer service
Customer Support Desk
Answer customer emails and chats from your own refund, delivery and warranty policy, with escalation rules and macros.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You sell handmade ceramic mugs online in the UK. A customer emails that her mug arrived three days ago with a chip in the handle, and asks what you can do.
It asks you, for example
- What you sell, to whom, and where
- Your refund and returns terms
- Your delivery times, costs and tracking
- Your warranty, and what it covers
Hi,
Sorry your mug arrived with a chip in the handle. It was delivered 3 days ago, inside our 30 days for damaged items, so we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
Could you reply with a photo of the chip, and say whether you would like a replacement or a refund?
Once we have it, a replacement leaves us within 1 working day, or the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days.
[Your name]
If a customer mentions a chargeback, injury or legal action, it writes a holding reply and an escalation note instead.
A customer support desk in 7 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It answers customer emails and chats from your own refund, delivery and warranty policy.
Give it your refund, delivery and warranty terms and your FAQ once. It answers customer emails and chats from them, untangles messy threads, holds and escalates legal, safety and payment disputes, and builds your saved replies.
What you are buying
- Replies built only from your own policy and FAQ, counted and checked
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Fixed escalation triggers for legal threats, safety issues and chargebacks
- A macro builder and an inbox sorter with fixed priority rules
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A help desk tool. It writes the replies; you send them.
- A yes-machine. It never promises a refund or a date your policy does not support.
- Legal advice. It flags where your policy may clash with consumer law and tells you to check.
Your AI today, and with this
Hi Megan! So sorry for any inconvenience! Rest assured your order will definitely arrive tomorrow, and if it doesn't, we'll refund you in full! Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Promises a delivery day nobody can guarantee and a refund the policy does not offer, and never says where the parcel is.
I will not promise a delivery day: nobody can guarantee one, and a missed promise turns a question into a complaint. Here is the honest version. Hi Megan, Your order 6140 left us today. Our tracked service usually delivers 2 to 3 working days after dispatch, so Wednesday 11 or Thursday 12 March, but I cannot promise a day. The tracking link is in your dispatch email. If it stops moving for 5 working days, we treat the parcel as lost and you can choose a replacement or a refund. Leo
The usual delivery time and lost-parcel rule from the card, and the promise nobody can keep refused in one line. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Support Reply Writer | Writes one email or chat reply to a customer from your own refund, delivery and warranty policy.Different: Answers in the first two sentences, takes every term and date from your policy, counts days from the delivery date, and never promises a delivery date. |
| Support Escalation | Writes the holding reply and escalation note for legal, safety, chargeback, data and abuse messages.Different: Scans for 7 trigger types, writes a holding reply (30 to 90 words by email) with no fault, cause or outcome, and a fixed 9-field note for whoever decides. |
| Support Reply Check | Checks a support reply you or your team wrote and returns the fixed reply with what changed.Different: Returns the fixed reply first with at most five lines on what changed, and marks every refund, date or warranty promise to check if you gave no policy. |
| Thread Untangler | Turns a messy support thread into a five-line summary and one reply that closes everything open.Different: Reads the thread oldest first, gives a five-line summary of every promise and who made it, and never repeats a colleague's promise your policy does not back. |
| Inbox Sorter | Sorts a batch of customer messages by priority, with an action and a saved reply for each row.Different: Sorts up to 25 messages at a time into four fixed priorities, urgent first, gives each an action and a saved reply by name, and flags non-customers. |
| Support Macros | Builds saved replies from your policy and FAQ, with email and chat versions and clear use rules.Different: Builds one saved reply per situation, each saying when to use it, when not to and its source, with only four fill-ins and every policy term written out. |
| FAQ Gap Finder | Finds questions your FAQ does not answer, holds the customer, and writes the new FAQ entry.Different: Never guesses an answer: holds the customer, asks you one question, then turns your answer into an FAQ entry under 60 words and updates your policy summary. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you a Desk Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. General questions get an answer straight away.
- Refund, delivery and warranty terms come only from your card. Anything the card does not cover, it holds and asks you.
- Consumer law varies by country and changes. It states the basics carefully and tells you to check the current rules.
- Handling formal complaints and apology letters? The Complaint Handler pack goes further on those.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
