See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You sell rota software to independent cafés with a 21-day free trial. Many new sign-ups never add their staff, so they never build a first rota.
It asks you, for example
- Your product, and who the new customer is
- The first win, and by what day
- Your setup steps, in order
- Trial length, card or not, and the price after
Subject: add your staff first
Hi {first_name},
Your Rotabean trial has started. Within your first five days you could build a full week's rota and share it with your team.
There are three steps to get there. The first is adding your staff, so their names and roles are ready to drop into shifts.

If anything is unclear, reply to this email and I will help.

It maps the day 0 to day 30 sequence, then writes the setup nudges, a check-in, the first-win email and the trial notice.
An onboarding email writer in 7 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It maps a new customer's first 30 days and writes every email with one clear action.
Tell it your product, your setup steps and what a first win looks like. It maps the first 30 days, writes every email with one clear action, sorts your new customers by what they need next and outlines the help articles behind each step.
What you are buying
- A fixed day 0 to day 30 map: nine emails plus the trial notice, each with its day and stop rule
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Templates for software, services and consumer products, each word-counted and checked
- Rules for when you can see what each customer has set up, and when you cannot
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A sending tool. It writes the emails and says when each goes; you set them up.
- An upsell machine. No offers, countdowns or fake deadlines in the first 30 days.
- Legal advice. It covers the basics on trials and service emails and tells you when to check.
Your AI today, and with this
Subject: Welcome aboard! Hi there! Welcome to Rotawise! We're thrilled to have you. Here's how to get started: 1. Set up your profile 2. Add your team 3. Explore our features 4. Download the app Let us know if you have any questions! The Rotawise Team
Four actions at once, no first win, and signed by nobody, so replies go nowhere.
Subject: start with your opening hours Hi {first_name}, Your Rotawise trial has started. Within three days you could have your first rota published to your staff. There are three steps to get there. The first is adding your opening hours. That is step 1 of 3 before your first rota. Add your opening hours: {link} If anything is unclear, reply to this email and I will help. Owen
One step, one link, where it leads, and a person to reply to. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Onboarding Sequence Map | Plans your day 0 to day 30 onboarding emails, each with its day, ask and stop rule, or reviews yours.Different: Places nine emails and a trial notice on a fixed day 0 to 30 map, works out weekend moves and clashes day by day, and never sends two emails on one day. |
| Onboarding Welcome Email | Writes the day 0 welcome email: the first win, setup step 1 with one link, and a person's sign-off.Different: Asks for one action only, setup step 1 with a single link, states the first win you named, signs off as a named person, and keeps it to 60 to 120 words. |
| Setup Nudges | Writes setup nudges and the first-value how-to, and sorts a customer list by the next email due.Different: Asks the first step not done when you track progress, adds "Already done this? Skip this one." when you do not, and stops after two nudges per step. |
| Check-In and Replies | Writes the day 7 check-in from a person and short replies to whatever new customers write back.Different: Sends a day 7 check-in with one question and no link, sorts every customer reply into one of 10 types first, and honours a cancellation with no save offer. |
| First-Win Emails | Writes the first-win email and the day 14 next step, each asking one part of your day 30 goal.Different: Says plainly what the customer did, then asks one part of your day 30 goal; without tracking it writes a "once you have" version and claims no win. |
| Trial Notice and Day 30 | Writes an honest trial ending notice with date, price and how to cancel, and the day 30 email.Different: States the trial end date, what happens then, your price and how to cancel, sends 3 days before it ends (1 day on trials of 2 to 6 days), no countdowns. |
| Help-Centre Outlines | Outlines help-centre articles for your setup steps from your notes, with every gap marked.Different: Takes steps, button names and fixes only from your notes, turns each missing step into a question for you, and lists unconfirmed names to check. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you an Onboarding Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. General questions on timing or the rules get an answer straight away.
- Every trial notice states the end date, your price and how to cancel. It never adds countdowns, fake deadlines or offers.
- It never invents features or button names. Where your notes have a gap, it asks.
- Customers writing in with questions after setup? The Customer Support Desk pack answers them from your own FAQ and policies.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
