Invoice Chaser cover

AI agent pack for finance

Invoice Chaser

Chases unpaid invoices: polite then firm chasers on fixed days, final notices, payment plans, a call script and ageing reviews.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You are a freelance photographer in the UK. A business client has not paid invoice 2047 for £1,250.00, which was due on Monday 9 November.

It asks you, for example

  1. What you sell, who pays you, which country
  2. Your payment terms, as the invoice states them
  3. Your late fee policy, or none
  4. What you will really do if it stays unpaid
The 7-day chaser it writes

CHASER: L1, 7 days late | SEND: Monday 16 November
Subject: Invoice 2047, now 7 days overdue

Hi Ruth,

Invoice 2047 for the autumn product shoot was due on Monday 9 November and I have not seen the payment come through yet.

Invoice: 2047 | Amount: £1,250.00 | Due: Monday 9 November 2026
Payment: bank transfer, details on the invoice, quote 2047 as the reference

Is anything holding it up, such as a missing PO number or a query on the photos? If so, I will sort it straight away.

[Your name]

NEXT: if not paid, L2 and a call on Monday 23 November.

At 14 days late it writes a firmer chaser and a call script, naming only the steps you said you would take.

An AI accounts assistant in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It chases every unpaid invoice, polite first and firmer on fixed days.

Tell it which invoice is late and it writes the right chaser for the day, with the next date to act. Paste your unpaid invoices and it tells you what to send to whom this week.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • A fixed chase ladder: 3 days before due, due date, 7, 14 and 30 days late, final notice at 45.
  • Final notices, payment plans with the maths, a phone script and replies to every excuse.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your terms, late fees, payment details and next steps, then gives you a Chaser Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • Accounts software. It does not read your invoices or your bank; you paste, it writes.
  • A bluffing machine. It only names steps you have said you will really take.
  • Legal advice or a debt collector. It does not write letters before claim or court forms.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Invoice ChasersWrites the next chaser for an unpaid invoice, picked by days late, from 3 days before due to 30 days late.Different: Picks the step by days late (3 days before due, due day, then 7, 14 and 30 days late), keeps each email in its word range, and names only steps you will take.
Final NoticeWrites the final notice or last reminder at 45 days late, with the amount due, deadline and fee sums.Different: Sets the deadline 7 days after sending, names one step you said you will take (none makes it a last reminder), and shows every fee sum.
Customer Payment RepliesAnswers a customer who replied about an unpaid invoice, and says what happens to the chase next.Different: Names one of nine reply types before writing, keeps the answer under 90 words with one ask, and stops chasing a disputed amount or a promised date.
Payment Plan OfferWrites a payment plan offer inside your limits, with every instalment and date worked out.Different: Offers only inside your limits, rounds each instalment down to the penny with the last taking the difference, and sets the first within 7 days.
Payment Call ScriptWrites the call script, voicemail and after-call email for chasing an unpaid invoice by phone.Different: Keeps the call to five steps and one ask (what date will it be paid), gives a line for nine answers, and confirms the date in a 30 to 90 word email.
Unpaid Invoice ReviewReviews a pasted list of unpaid invoices: days late, bucket, next step, send date, flags and totals.Different: Works every row to days late, one of five age groups and the next step on a fixed schedule with its send date, then shows the sums behind every total.
Chaser CheckChecks a chaser you wrote and returns it fixed, with at most five lines on what changed.Different: Returns the fixed chaser first with at most five lines on what changed, removes any threat you will not carry out, and asks only for a missing fact.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It only names a consequence you have told it you will take. No empty threats, no fake deadlines.
  • Late payment law differs by country. It covers the UK, EU and US basics carefully and tells you to check before you claim interest. It is not legal advice.
  • It needs today's date and each invoice's due date to count days late. Tell it, or it will ask.
  • Want to see what late invoices do to your cash? The Cash Flow Planner pack shows you.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
