AI agent pack for finance
Pitch Deck Writer
Writes investor and sales pitch decks: takeaway slide titles, speaker notes, likely questions and the email to send it.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You run a food waste collection service and pitch a group of six restaurants next Thursday. Their operations lead told you the bins overflow by Thursday and they pay for two extra collections a week.
It asks you, for example
- What you do, who pays and how much
- What the deck is for, and the price
- Your traction, with a date on each number
- What this prospect has told you
SLIDE 2. WHAT WE HEARD
Title: Your three busiest kitchens overflow by Thursday every week
On screen:
- 6 sites on one waste contract
- Bins full by Thursday at 3 sites
- 2 extra collections a week since March
Visual: none, text only.
Notes: Your operations lead told us the three busiest sites overflow by Thursday, and that you have paid for two extra collections a week since March. She also said the back door smells by Friday in summer, and staff notice it. That is the problem this deck is about. So what would change it?
It writes the other eight slides, 10 likely questions with short answers, and the email that sends the deck.
An AI pitch deck writer in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It turns your real numbers into a deck with one clear story.
Give it your company, goal, traction and team, and it writes every slide's title, text, visual and speaker notes, then the questions you will be asked and the email that sends the deck. Every number comes from you; market sizes stay "to source" until you give one with its source.
What you are buying
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Fixed deck shapes: an 11-slide investor deck, a 9-slide sales deck and a 3-minute version.
- Fixed writing rules: titles of at most 12 words, at most 35 words a slide, 30 to 90 words of notes.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your company, goal, stage, traction, team and market, then gives you a Deck Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A slide designer. It writes the words and describes each visual; you build the slides in your own tool.
- A number maker. It never invents traction or a market size; anything without a source is marked "to source".
- Legal or investment advice. It does not set valuations or terms, and tells you to check the rules before sending an investor deck widely.
Your AI today, and with this
Slide 1: Introduction Slide 2: The Problem Healthcare is broken and clinics struggle with inefficiency. Slide 3: Market Opportunity The global healthcare software market is worth $50 billion and growing fast. Slide 4: Our Innovative Solution An AI-powered platform that transforms the patient journey.
Topic titles, a market figure from nowhere, and nothing the founder can defend in the room.
SLIDE 5. TRACTION Title: 64 clinics pay us, up from 22 in January On screen: - 64 paying clinics (30 Sept 2026) - £11,520 monthly recurring revenue (30 Sept 2026) - Pilot clinics: missed appointments 14% to 6% (Sept 2024 to Feb 2025) SLIDE 6. MARKET Title: Every independent physio clinic is a buyer at £2,160 a year On screen: - UK independent physio clinics: to source - Each clinic: £180 a month = £2,160 a year - Our 18-month target: 250 clinics, £540,000 a year
Titles that make the point, every figure dated, and the market left "to source" until there is a real one (visuals and notes left out here). An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Investor Pitch Deck | Writes an investor deck: the one-line story, 11 takeaway titles, then every slide with text, visual and notes.Different: Fixes an 11-slide order, keeps titles to 12 words, on-screen text to 35 and notes to 30 to 90, and writes "to source" for any market figure without a source. |
| Sales Pitch Deck | Writes a 9-slide sales deck for one named prospect, built on what they said, with text, visuals and notes.Different: Will not draft until it has the prospect's own words, builds slides 2 to 4 from them, and puts a cost on the problem only from the prospect's own numbers. |
| Pitch Deck Numbers | Writes traction, market, use of funds and forecast slides, with every sum shown for you to check.Different: Never rounds up, rounds worked-out percentages and multiples down, marks unsourced market figures "to source", and makes use of funds add to the raise and 100%. |
| Pitch Questions and Answers | Writes the 10 questions investors or buyers will most likely ask, each with a short answer or marked as a gap.Different: Always 10 questions, each answered in 25 words or fewer from your facts only, or marked as a gap, never made up; valuation and terms are always gaps. |
| Speaker Notes and Talk Track | Writes speaker notes for your slides, cuts a pitch that runs long, and builds the 3-minute 6-slide version.Different: Writes 30 to 90 words a slide in point, evidence, bridge order, shows the talk time at 130 words a minute, and fits a 3-minute pitch into 300 to 390 words. |
| Pitch Deck Emails | Writes the cold investor email, intro blurb, send email, follow-up, one chase and a one-line reply to a no.Different: Counts every email against its limit (cold investor 60 to 120 words, follow-up 40 to 100), writes to one named person, one ask, and answers a no in one line. |
| Pitch Deck Check | Checks a deck you wrote: takeaway titles for each slide, facts to confirm, and at most six fixes.Different: Returns a three-column title table with "To confirm" where a fact is missing, then at most six fixes, and reworks every sum on the slides, showing the working. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It writes text, not slide files. Paste each slide into PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote, and the notes into the speaker notes.
- Market sizes are never estimated. Give it a figure with its source, or it writes "to source" and tells you what to look up.
- Every deck comes with a check block for your eyes only: where each figure came from, the maths, the gaps and the talk time.
- Pitched a buyer and they want a price? Proposal Writer turns your call notes into a priced proposal.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
