Cash Flow Planner cover

AI agent pack for finance

Cash Flow Planner

Builds 13-week cash flow forecasts from your numbers: runway, what-if scenarios, cash-saving actions and a bank summary.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run a café in the UK with £19,500 in the bank on Mon 2 Nov. Takings are steady, and your accountant says a £5,600 VAT payment is due on 7 January.

It asks you, for example

  1. Business name, country, currency and your name
  2. Cash in the bank, its date, any overdraft
  3. Money in and out: amounts, how often, when
  4. Unpaid invoices and bills you owe
The end of the 13-week forecast it builds

Floor £15,900 (4 x 3,965 average weekly out, rounded up).

RESULT
Lowest point: £8,260 in week 13 (w/c Mon 25 Jan)
Status: AMBER from week 9 to week 13, below the £15,900 floor
Runway: burn (51,540 - 40,300) / 13 = 865 a week. 8,260 / 865 = 9 more weeks. Cash lasts 22 weeks and runs out in about week 23 (w/c Mon 5 Apr) if later weeks look like these.
Read: week 10 is the tight one. The £5,600 VAT payment leaves with wages and suppliers (8,400) and only 3,100 comes in.

Next it can run what-if scenarios on your numbers, then list ways to free up cash before week 10.

An AI cash flow planner in 6 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It builds 13-week cash flow forecasts from your own numbers.

Paste what comes in and goes out. It builds a week-by-week forecast that adds up, shows your tight weeks and how long your cash lasts, tests what-ifs, sizes ways to free up cash and writes a one-page summary for a partner or bank.

What you are buying

It is
  • A 13-week forecast where every row adds up and every line shows the week it lands
  • 6 skills, one per job, that you add once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, plus text files for any AI
  • Honest numbers: anything assumed is listed for you to confirm, anything missing is a gap
  • What-if scenarios, cash-saving actions, a bank summary and weekly updates with actuals
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • Accounting software or a bank connection. It works from what you paste.
  • Tax, investment or lending advice. Take the forecast to your accountant.
  • A tool that guesses when customers will pay or what tax you owe

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Your monthly income is about £8,000 and your costs about £16,000, so you lose about £8,000 a month. With £24,600 in the bank you have about three months of runway. Consider a business loan or an overdraft to cover the gap.

Monthly averages hide the tight week, the invoice due in week 2 is missing, and it suggests borrowing.

Week | w/c | Opening | In | Out | Closing | Status 11 | Mon 15 Nov | 12,410 | 0 | 1,020 | 11,390 | AMBER 12 | Mon 22 Nov | 11,390 | 1,500 | 10,200 | 2,690 | AMBER 13 | Mon 29 Nov | 2,690 | 0 | 2,630 | 60 | AMBER Lowest point: £60 in week 13 (w/c Mon 29 Nov) Runway: burn (48,540 - 24,000) / 13 = 1,888 a week. 60 / 1,888 = 0 more weeks. Cash lasts 13 weeks and runs out in about week 14 (w/c Mon 6 Dec) if later weeks look like these. Read: week 12 is the tight one. Wages, PAYE and your drawings leave together (10,200) and only 1,500 comes in. The VAT in week 9 (4,300) starts the slide. ASSUMPTIONS TO CONFIRM - Moorland Brewery deposit 4,500: not signed. Placed Mon 4 Oct (week 5) as you expect. Confirm or correct.

Every row adds up, the tight week is named with its cause, and the unsigned deal is flagged, not counted on. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

6 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

13-Week Cash ForecastBuilds a week-by-week cash forecast from your numbers: 13 weeks, or a monthly view of up to 12 months.Different: Places every line in its Monday-to-Sunday week, runs five checks that every table adds up, and lists each date it had to decide for you to confirm.
Cash Runway CheckSays how long your cash lasts and the first week it goes below zero, with the burn sum shown.Different: Names the first week below zero if any, otherwise works your weekly burn and whole weeks left, shows every sum, and never advises on an overdraft.
Cash What-If ScenariosRuns a changed copy of your forecast, or the standard stress test, and compares it with the base.Different: Changes only what you name, keeps your minimum cash level, and runs a fixed stress test: largest payer 4 weeks late, unbilled income 20% lower, then both.
Cash ActionsLists up to five ways to bring cash in sooner or pay out later, each sized from your own lines.Different: Ranks up to five actions by how far each lifts your lowest week, marks moves that only shift timing, and never lists borrowing, tax delays or staff cuts.
Bank and Partner Cash SummaryWrites a one-page cash summary for a partner, bank or lender, under 350 words, from your forecast.Different: Always shows the lowest or red week, takes risks only from scenarios already run or stated assumptions, and lists actions only if you say they are under way.
Forecast Update With ActualsCompares last week with the forecast, checks it against your bank balance and rolls on a week.Different: Checks your lines against the bank balance to the unit, calls any gap unexplained instead of guessing, and sets a new minimum cash level for the next 13 weeks.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 6 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
