Start here: your agent pack

Your agent pack turns your AI into a specialist for a job you do every week. It is a set of skills, one per job. Each skill switches on only when its own job comes up.

The pack files are in English. That is fine: write to your AI in your own language and it answers in your language, and it writes your emails and documents in the language you ask for.

Option 1. Upload the skills

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take skills. The skills are in the 1 - Skills folder, one .zip per skill. Upload each skill you want once.

  • Claude: open Settings > Capabilities and make sure Code execution and file creation is on. Under Skills, choose Upload skill and pick one .zip file.
  • ChatGPT: in the sidebar open Plugins > Skills > Create > Upload from your computer, and pick one .zip file. On a work plan your admin may need to allow skill uploads.
  • Gemini: on the web or the Mac app, open Customize > Skills > Create and upload the skill. Unzip it first: Gemini takes the folder that holds SKILL.md.
  • Grok: open Skills on grok.com and import the skill from its SKILL.md (unzip it first).
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot: open Agents & Skills > New agent, then Configure > Skills > Add, and upload each .zip. An agent takes up to 8 skills, so one pack fits one agent.

Then open a new chat and ask for the work in plain words, in your own language. The skill asks a few short questions first. Which plans include skills is up to each AI company and changes often. If you do not see Skills, use Option 2.

Option 2. Text files, any AI, any plan

For free plans, or any AI without skills. The files are in the 2 - Text files for any AI folder.

  • In a chat: attach All skills in one file.txt to a new chat and type Follow this file.
  • In a project or custom GPT: paste instructions.txt as its instructions and upload the skill .txt files, loose, one by one. Do not upload a zip as knowledge: most AI tools cannot read inside it.

A Team in a Box has one folder per specialist, each with the same two folders. Upload the skills of the specialists you need.

  • It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone for you.
  • One buyer, one business. Share it inside your own company and use it for your own clients. Please do not resell or publish the files.
