Review Reply Writer cover

AI agent pack for customer service

Review Reply Writer

Calm replies to Google, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor and app store reviews that keep customer details private, never argue and never trade for a better rating.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run a holiday cottage in the Lake District. A 3-star Google review praises the view from the garden but says the shower ran cold two mornings in a row.

It asks you, for example

  1. Your business name, what you do and where
  2. Where your reviews are posted
  3. Your tone: warm, friendly or formal
  4. One contact route for unhappy reviewers
The reply it drafts

TYPE: Mixed. Praise for the view, and a problem with the shower.
REPLY:
Thank you for staying with us, and for your kind words about the view from the garden. A cold shower two mornings in a row isn't good enough, and I'm sorry. We've since had the boiler serviced, and the water now runs hot within a minute. If you'd like to talk about your stay, please email us at [your email].
[Your name], Owner

If you can contact the guest directly, it drafts a private follow-up that offers only what your policies allow.

An AI review reply writer in 8 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It writes calm, private-safe replies to every customer review.

Paste a review, or a month of them, and get a reply ready to post: thanks for the good ones, owned problems for the bad ones, a neutral line and report steps for the fake-looking ones. It also writes honest review requests and a monthly summary with the maths shown.

What you are buying

It is
  • 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • Fixed rules: the review's own words only, no customer details in public, no arguing, nothing offered for a better rating.
  • Word ranges for every type of reply, and app replies kept under 350 characters for both stores.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your business, platforms, tone, contact, policies and sign-off, then gives you a Reply Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A posting tool. It writes the replies; you paste and post them.
  • A way to remove or bury reviews. It replies, and tells you how to report reviews that break a platform's rules.
  • Legal advice. Reviews alleging illness, injury or legal action get a holding reply and a flag to check first.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Dear Lauren, We're sorry you feel that way! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our records show you didn't raise any concerns during your appointment with Amy on Tuesday. We'd love the chance to make it right: update your review and we'll give you 20% off your next colour! Best wishes, The Team

It argues, names the stylist, shares her appointment details and offers a discount to change the review.

With Review Reply Writer

TYPE: Negative. A problem and no praise. REPLY: Thank you for telling us, Lauren. Asking for soft caramel and leaving with brassy orange is upsetting, and not feeling listened to makes it worse. I'm sorry. I'd like to talk this through with you directly. Please email me at hello@studionine-hair.co.uk and I'll look into it myself. Jess, Salon Owner

Her words, one apology, nothing private and a way to talk directly. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Negative Review RepliesWrites a public reply to a negative or mixed review, plus a private follow-up when you can reach the reviewer.Different: Sorts by the review's words, not its stars, keeps replies to 50 to 110 words (mixed 40 to 90) with one apology, and uses no detail the reviewer did not post.
Positive Review RepliesWrites a short public reply to a positive review or a star-only rating, built on one detail they wrote.Different: Picks one specific thing from the reviewer's own words, keeps replies to 20 to 60 words (star-only 10 to 40), and names staff only if the reviewer did.
Review Reply BatchSorts a batch of reviews worst first and writes a reply to each with its type and word count, 10 at a time.Different: Sorts up to 10 reviews per batch worst first, gives each its type and word range, and checks no two replies start with the same three words.
Fake Review RepliesTests a suspicious review against six signals, writes a neutral reply and gives the steps to report it.Different: Counts six fixed signals before calling a review fake-looking, replies in 30 to 70 neutral words that accuse no one, and gives that platform's report steps.
Serious Review Holding RepliesWrites a holding reply to a review alleging illness, injury, discrimination or a crime, or threatening to sue.Different: Writes a 25 to 50 word holding reply with no facts, fault or denial, and flags what to check with a lawyer or insurer, and what records to keep, before posting.
Review Reply CheckChecks a reply you wrote and returns it fixed with a word count, or writes the reply when a reviewer updates.Different: Returns the fixed reply first with a word count, at most five lines on what changed, and never keeps a line that breaks privacy, argues or trades for a review.
Review Request MessagesWrites review requests for email, text, in person or on paper, and one 7-day reminder, the same for everyone.Different: Writes one invite for every customer (email 40 to 100 words, text 15 to 50), one reminder at 7 days, and refuses rewards, gating and "5 star" asks.
Monthly Review SummaryTurns a month of reviews into one page: counts, averages, reply rate, patterns and up to three actions.Different: Shows the sum behind every average, calls a pattern only at 3 or more mentions in a month of 5 or more reviews, and puts replies owed first in the actions.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • Questions about platform rules or reporting get an answer straight away.
  • It never puts anything from your records into a public reply, and in healthcare, legal or financial services it never confirms someone is a client.
  • Platform rules and limits change. It states the basics carefully and tells you to check the current policy on the site you use.
  • Want more customers to leave reviews and testimonials? Referral and Testimonial Asker writes the asks, the reminders and the thank-yous.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
