See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
Your builder in England stopped work on a £7,800 bathroom refit three weeks ago and ignored your letter asking them to return. You have paid £6,000, £1,500 of it on a credit card, and another builder quotes £3,400 to finish.
It asks you, for example
- Where you live, including region
- The job, total price and what you have paid
- What is wrong, and since when
- Whether anything is unsafe right now
Subject: Letter before claim: bathroom refit at [YOUR ADDRESS]
Hello,
I wrote to you on 2 October asking you to return and finish the 7 items on the attached snagging list by 16 October. You did not reply or return.
Your fixed quote of 18 August was £7,800. I have paid £6,000. Another builder has quoted £3,400 to finish and put right the original work (quote attached). My loss is £6,000 + £3,400 minus £7,800 = £1,600.
I will now have the work finished by someone else. Please pay £1,600 by 13 November 2026.
If I have not received it by then, I will make a claim in the county court small claims track.
Kind regards,
[YOUR NAME]
Alongside this, it writes the Section 75 claim to your card issuer, using the snagging list, your letters and the second quote.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for getting an unfinished or badly done building job sorted.
It checks for danger first, helps you build a numbered snag list with photos, works out what you have really lost, then writes a fair deadline letter and the claims that follow if the builder does not come back.
What you are buying
- A numbered snag list that every letter points to
- A simple sum showing what the shortfall really costs you
- Replies for the most common builder excuses

- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Kitchen Hi Dave, You haven't been back for ages and the kitchen still isn't finished. I've paid you loads already. This is really not good enough. Please let me know when you're coming back to sort it out. Thanks
No list of what is missing, no amounts and no deadline, so there is nothing to answer or act on.
Subject: Kitchen refit at 22 Ash Lane: snagging list and return date Dear Mr Hughes, You last worked on the kitchen at 22 Ash Lane on 12 May. I texted on 15, 19 and 22 May with no reply. The work in your fixed quote of 3 March (£12,000) is not finished. The attached list sets out 6 items with photos, including unsealed worktops, half-done tiling and a leaking tap. I have paid £9,000. No further payment is due until the work is complete. Please confirm by 30 May the date you will return, and finish all 6 items by 6 June. Kind regards, Ruth Okafor
It gives the last visit and chase dates, the price, what is missing, what was paid and two clear deadlines. An invented example from the pack.

How you use it
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
- Attach the text file to a new chat in any AI and type "Follow this file". Or upload it once as a skill to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot.
- Answer its questions in your own words. It works through the problem with you from there.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the pack as a ready-to-upload skill with its SKILL.md, the same pack as one text file for any AI, and a start-here PDF with both set-ups.
Good to know
- Give the builder one clear written chance to come back before paying someone else.
- Hold back only what matches the missing or poor work, not everything.
- If you paid any part by credit card, you may have extra protection. Time limits apply, so check early.
- Licensing and small claims rules differ by country and state. The pack tells you what to check on the official site.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
