Problem Pack for home and renting
Flatmate Won't Pay Their Share
Get a flatmate to pay their share of rent and bills. It writes a clear statement, a calm message and a written plan, with small claims last.
Works for: Any country
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
Your roommate moved out of your shared Chicago apartment in August still owing $700 of August rent and $186 of utilities. By text, they have agreed to pay it off monthly.
It asks you, for example
- Which country and state you are in
- How much they owe, for what, since when
- Whose names are on the lease and bills
- Whether any rent or bill is due now
Repayment plan
Hi, thanks for working this out with me. Just to put what we agreed in writing:
August rent share: $700
Utilities, June to August: $186
Total owed: $886
You'll pay $200 by bank transfer on the 1st of each month from November 1, 2026 to February 1, 2027, then a final $86 on March 1, 2027, when the balance will be zero.
If a payment is going to be late, you'll let me know before the date. If one is missed, we'll agree a new date within a week.
Please reply "agreed" so we both have the same note.
Thanks,
[Your name]
If a payment is missed, it writes a short reminder, then a letter before claim, with small claims only as a last step.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for getting a flatmate or roommate to pay their share of rent and bills.
It checks whether your home is at risk first, works out exactly what is owed, then writes a calm message and a written repayment plan, and tells you when small claims makes sense.

The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Money Hey, You still haven't paid me back for rent and bills and it's been months. This is really not fair on me. Can you sort it out soon please? I'm getting really fed up. Thanks
No amounts, no breakdown, no date and no way forward, so it is easy to say 'next week' again.
Subject: Rent and bills: what we each owe Hi Ollie, I know things have been tough with work. I've been covering the gap so the rent goes in on time, and it's getting hard for me to keep doing that. August and September rent: £500 October rent: £650 Energy and broadband: £138 Total: £1,288 Could we agree a plan by Sunday 8 November? Something like your full rent from December, plus £150 a month until the £1,288 is cleared. Happy to talk about the amounts. Thanks, Mia
It is kind, shows the exact numbers and offers a plan with one date. An invented example from the pack.

Good to know
- If you are all on one lease, the landlord can often chase any of you for the full rent.
- Bills belong to the person whose name is on the account, and unpaid bills can hurt their credit.
- Never lock a flatmate out or keep their things. It can be against the law.
- Small claims only makes sense if you have their address and they can pay.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
