The situation

Using the Wrong Bill or Surprise Charge pack: your broadband contract says £29 a month for 24 months, but your September and October bills charge £44, with the discount gone and no notice.

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.

How do I get it?

Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.

Can I keep it ready for next time?

Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
