The situation

You have an offer for a Senior Data Analyst role in Bristol at £48,000. Your target is £52,000, and you have three sourced pay figures for similar roles in the city.

It asks you, for example

  1. The role, company, city, and offer or raise
  2. Every part of the offer in writing
  3. Pay figures you have, with source and date
  4. Your target and your walk-away number
The counter email it writes

Subject: Senior Data Analyst offer

Hi Laura,

Thank you for the offer for the Senior Data Analyst role. I enjoyed meeting the team, and I want to make this work.

Before I sign, I'd like to ask for a base salary of £55,000 rather than £48,000.

Two reasons. I built the weekly sales dashboard that 30 store managers use, and your ad says the role will rebuild regional reporting. I also cut our monthly board report from three days of work to one.

Posted ranges for senior data analyst roles in Bristol this autumn run from £45,000 to £58,000, so this sits inside what the market pays for this level.

Could we speak this week, or would you rather reply by email?

Thanks again,
[Your name]

If they push back, it drafts one reply with one more ask. After a final no, it writes your accept or decline.

An AI salary negotiator in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It sets your number from real sources and writes every email and script you need.

Tell it your offer or current pay once and it works out what to ask for, builds your case from what you have actually done, and writes the counter, the call script and every reply after. It never invents a rival offer or a market figure.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • A fixed way to set the ask: your target plus 5%, rounded up, capped at the highest figure you have sourced.
  • Package maths added line by line, with bonus shown at target and equity counted only at a value the company states.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about the role, the offer, other offers, your sources, priorities, numbers and value, then gives you a Negotiation Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A salary database. It uses only figures you find, and gives you the steps to find them.
  • A bluffing coach. It will not invent a competing offer, a deadline or a threat.
  • Legal, tax or financial advice. Pay laws vary by place, and it tells you when to check.

Great news on the offer! Here's a strong counter: Hi Ellen, I'm thrilled! However, I've received a competing offer of £75,000, and industry data shows designers at your level earn £70,000 to £85,000. I'd need £72,000 to £80,000 to accept. Please let me know by Friday!

It invents a rival offer and the market data, asks for a range, and makes up a deadline.

Subject: Senior Product Designer offer Hi Ellen, Thank you for the offer for the Senior Product Designer role. I enjoyed meeting the team, and I'd like to join. Before I sign, I'd like to ask for three things. A base salary of £67,000 rather than £58,000, a £1,500 a year training budget, and two remote days a week. At my current company I redesigned the checkout, and payment support tickets fell 30% in six months. I also built and run the design system that four product teams use, and I mentor two junior designers. Posted ranges for senior product designer roles in Manchester this autumn run from £55,000 to £68,000. Could we talk this week, or would you rather reply by email? Either works for me. Thanks again, Priya

One number backed by her own sources, two facts she can prove, no bluff. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Counter or Raise EmailWrites your counter-offer or raise email: one worked-out base number, two value points and the word count.Different: Asks for one base number (target plus 5%, rounded up, capped at your highest sourced figure), two other items at most, and never cites an offer you lack.
Market Range and AskTurns the pay figures you found into a tagged range and sets your ask, with every step of the maths shown.Different: Uses only figures you sourced, tags each Used, Not used or Check with source and date, and sets the ask at target plus 5%, rounded up and capped.
Pushback ReplyAnswers what the employer said after your ask, as an email or 1 to 3 spoken sentences, with totals rerun.Different: Names the reply type, reruns the package total on any new figure, allows two asks at most, and treats a final answer as a close: you pick accept or decline.
Salary Call ScriptWrites what to say on the offer call, in a raise meeting, or when asked your salary expectations.Different: Says one number once, then a written stop to count to five, scripts each likely reply, never agrees a number on the call, and gives a line for freezing.
Package MathsTotals an offer line by line into Guaranteed, At target and Year 1, or compares up to 4 offers.Different: Gives three fixed totals (Guaranteed, At target, Year 1) with every sum shown, counts equity only at a value the company stated, and leaves the choice to you.
Value SummaryTurns what you have done into 2 to 4 short value points that justify your ask, in your own numbers.Different: Writes 2 to 4 points of 12 to 35 words (what you did, the result, why it matters here), your numbers exactly as given, no adjectives about you.
Accept, Decline or More TimeWrites the email to ask for time, accept with every agreed term, decline, or walk away after a final no.Different: Acceptances list every agreed term and ask for it in writing; declines carry no blame or unstated reason; walk-away only after a final no below your walk-away.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It never invents a competing offer, a market figure or a result. Anything without a source is marked "check" and kept out of your emails.
  • No market data yet? It gives you the research steps and builds the case on your value until you have figures.
  • Pay laws vary by country, state and city, including rules on pay history questions and posted ranges. It tells you where to check; it is not legal advice.
  • Still applying? The Job Search Assistant pack writes your CV, cover letters and interview answers from your real experience.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
