AI agent pack for job seekers

Job Search Assistant

Honest CV rewrites, job ad matching, cover letters, LinkedIn, STAR interview answers, thank-you emails and a tracker.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run the night shift at a parcel warehouse and have an interview on Thursday for an Operations Coordinator role. You expect a question on improving a process.

It asks you, for example

  1. The role, level and where you want it
  2. Your full CV, or each job with dates
  3. 3 to 5 work stories you are proud of
  4. Anything to handle with care, like gaps
The interview answer it builds from your story

Question: Tell me about a time you improved a process.
Story: S2
Situation: I supervise the night shift at a parcel warehouse, with 14 pickers. In early 2025 we were logging about 40 picking errors a week, and each one meant a re-send.
Task: As shift supervisor, it was down to me to bring the errors down.
Action: I went through four weeks of error logs and found most came from two aisles where similar items sat side by side. I moved those items apart. I also added a scan check at the packing bench for anything picked from those two aisles, and showed each picker the change at the start of their shift.
Result: Six weeks later we were logging about 12 errors a week.

It maps the other likely questions to your stories, and asks you for a new story wherever none fits.

An AI job search assistant in 8 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It tailors your CV, letters and interview answers to each job using only what is true about you.

Set it up once with your target role, your CV and a few real stories. It checks each job ad against your experience, rewrites your CV, writes the cover letter and LinkedIn profile, prepares STAR answers and drafts your follow-up emails, and says plainly where you have a gap.

What you are buying

It is
  • 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your target role, CV, stories, gaps, contact and style, then gives you a Career Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
  • Fixed rules: a match read from Strong match to Long shot, word ranges for every letter and email, next steps in working days.
  • Honest wording for career breaks, short jobs, missing tools and a change of field.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A way to beat applicant tracking systems. Nobody can promise that; it gives you a plain layout every reader can use.
  • A CV inventor. It will not add a skill, qualification, employer, date or number you do not have.
  • A job board or auto-apply tool. It does not find jobs, apply or send anything; you paste, it writes.

The skills inside

8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

CV RewriteRewrites your CV for a target role or one job ad, with the match table first when there is an ad.Different: Uses only facts from your CV and stories, picks each verb from a five-step scale so it never claims more than you did, and asks for any missing number.
Job Match and GapsChecks one job ad against your CV row by row, gives a fixed match read and words any gap honestly.Different: Tags each requirement Essential or Desirable, marks it Shown, Partly, Not shown or Gap with your words as evidence, and reads the match on four fixed rules.
Cover LetterWrites a cover letter or application email for one job ad, 200 to 350 words, with its word count.Different: Writes four fixed paragraphs in 200 to 350 words, proves the ad's top two essential requirements with your own stories and numbers, and shows the word count.
Interview PrepBuilds the likely questions for one ad, STAR answers from your stories, and runs a mock interview.Different: Maps every question to a numbered story or writes "No story fits", keeps STAR answers to 100 to 200 words in "I" not "we", and never writes a story for you.
LinkedIn ProfileWrites your LinkedIn headline, About, experience entries and skills, each checked against your CV.Different: Counts the headline (60 to 120 characters) and About (150 to 300 words), and ties every About sentence to a CV line or story, titles and dates as on the CV.
Application Draft CheckChecks a CV, cover letter, profile or job email you wrote and returns the fixed text, with counts.Different: Returns your fixed text first and five lines or fewer on what changed, keeps your wording where the rules allow, and asks about a big claim rather than cut it.
Job Application EmailsWrites thank-you, follow-up, offer, time, decline, withdrawal and rejection reply emails, with word counts.Different: Writes seven email types to fixed word ranges, subject first, allows one follow-up only, and never invents a rival offer, deadline or reason you did not give.
Application TrackerBuilds and updates your application tracker with a next step and working-day date for every row.Different: Uses 10 fixed columns and 9 fixed statuses, works out every next date in Monday to Friday working days, and writes "not given" instead of guessing any date.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It never invents experience, qualifications, employers, dates or numbers. Where you lack something, it says so and helps you word the nearest true evidence.
  • No one can promise a CV gets past an applicant tracking system, so it does not. It uses a plain layout and the ad's own words only where they are true for you.
  • It does not research pay or script salary talks, and it is not legal or visa advice. Right-to-work rules vary by country, so it points you to the official source.
  • Got an offer and want to talk about pay? The Salary Negotiator pack is built for that conversation.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
