AI agent pack for online stores
Store Email Flows
Writes your welcome, abandoned cart, viewed-but-not-bought, post-purchase, review request and win-back emails, timed and inside your own discount policy.

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You run a UK online shop selling dog treats and food. Your discount policy keeps codes for the welcome series only, so the abandoned cart emails carry none.
It asks you, for example
- Your store, what it sells, where customers are
- Main ranges, prices and how often people reorder
- Delivery time, free-delivery threshold, returns window
- Your discount policy, or no discounts
CART 3. Sends 72 hours after checkout is started. Stops when: they order.
Subject: help choosing for your dog
Preview: One last note on your basket, then we will leave it with you.
Hi {first_name},
This is the last email about your basket, so I will keep it short.
If you are not sure which treats suit your dog, reply with their size and anything they cannot eat. I will tell you honestly whether your pick fits.
Orders over £35 have free delivery, and unopened items can come back within 30 days.
If now is not the right time, that is fine.

It adds the consent line under the flow, then writes browse abandonment when you say continue.
A store email flow writer in 8 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It plans and writes your automated flows, from welcome to win-back, inside your own discount policy.
Tell it your store, products, delivery terms, discount policy and voice. It maps six automated flows, writes every email with its send time and stop rule, and keeps every discount inside your own policy.
What you are buying
- A map of 16 emails across six flows, each with its send time and stop rule
- 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Templates for welcome, cart, browse, post-purchase, review and win-back, each counted and checked
- Consent basics by region, with a line under every flow telling you to check local law
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A sending tool. It writes the emails and says when each goes; you set them up in your own email tool.
- Made by or linked to Shopify or any email platform. It works with whichever store and email tool you use.
- Legal advice. It covers the consent basics and tells you when to check.
Your AI today, and with this
Subject: HURRY! Your cart is about to expire! Hi there! You left something amazing behind! Your items are selling fast and we can't hold them forever. Complete your purchase now with code SAVE20 for 20% off, today only! Don't miss out! The Team
A fake deadline, invented scarcity and a 20% code nobody approved, signed by nobody.
Subject: free delivery on your basket Hi {first_name}, This is my last email about your basket. If you would like it, the code FREESHIP gives you free delivery on this order. Unsure which product suits your skin? Reply and tell me a little about it, and I will help you choose. Aoife
The real code from the store's own policy, an honest last reminder and a person to reply to. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Abandoned Cart Emails | Writes 3 abandoned cart emails at 1, 24 and 72 hours, with subjects, previews, stops and the consent line.Different: Sends at 1, 24 and 72 hours, puts a discount only in the last email, only if your policy allows one for carts, and refuses countdowns and "your cart expires". |
| Welcome Email Series | Writes 3 welcome emails for new subscribers at sign-up, day 2 and day 4, with your sign-up offer if any.Different: Sends at sign-up, day 2 and day 4, uses your sign-up offer in your exact words (or delivery and returns if none), and stops on an order. |
| Post-Purchase and Review Emails | Writes 3 after-order emails and a 2-email honest review request, timed from delivery and your reorder cycle.Different: Times the reorder email at reorder time minus 7 days, asks every customer for an honest review 7 days after delivery, and refuses gating and rewards. |
| Win-Back Emails | Writes 3 win-back emails for lapsed customers, timed from your reorder cycle, ending with a stay-or-go ask.Different: Sets the win-back day at 2 x reorder time (45 to 180 days) with the sum shown, keeps any discount to the second email, and stops marketing after the third. |
| Browse Abandonment Emails | Writes 2 browse abandonment emails per product range, at 4 hours and 2 days after a product view.Different: Writes one version per product range so every fact is true for every product in it, sends at 4 hours and 2 days, and never says "we saw you looking". |
| Store Email Flow Map | Maps all six store flows as one 16-email table with send days, jobs, stops and discount slots worked out.Different: Builds one 16-email table from your store facts, works out the reorder and win-back days with the sums shown, and caps sends at one flow email a day. |
| Email Check and Subject Lines | Checks a flow email you send and returns it fixed with counts, or writes three subject and preview options.Different: Returns the fixed email first plus at most five lines on what changed, and writes three subject lines of 2 to 7 words with one marked. |
| Flow Email Customer Replies | Writes short replies to customers who answer your flow emails, including soft noes and stop requests.Different: Keeps every reply under 60 words with one next step, asks you before answering anything your store facts do not cover, and closes a stop in one line. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you a Store Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. General questions on timing or consent get an answer straight away.
- Discounts come only from your own policy, in a fixed place in each flow. It never adds countdowns, fake deadlines or stock warnings.
- Review requests go to every customer the same way: no filtering for happy customers and no rewards for reviews.
- Reviews coming in? The Review Reply Writer pack answers them, good or bad.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
