Works for: UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
Your mobile contract in the UK ended in May, the handset is long paid off, and you still pay £44 a month. The network's own site offers new customers 30GB SIM-only for £12, and another network offers £10.
It asks you, for example
- Which country you live in
- Which bill to cut first, and the provider
- What you pay now and what you get
- When your contract ends, or ended
1. "Hi, I am [YOUR NAME], account 4410 2287. I am calling because I am thinking of leaving. My contract ended in May and I am still paying £44 a month."
2. "New customers can get 30GB SIM-only for £12 a month on your website, and another network has offered me 30GB for £10."
3. "I would like to stay if you can match £12 a month on a 12-month contract. Can you do that?"
4. If no: "What is the best price you can offer for the same service?" Then wait.
5. If above £15: "Thank you. I will think about it and may go ahead with the other offer."
6. If yes: "Please confirm the price, term and start date, and that nothing else changes. Could I have a reference number and your name?"
After the call, it writes the summary email of the agreed price, term and reference, with a 5-working-day reply date.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for lowering your broadband, mobile, TV, energy and insurance bills.
It helps you find the real switch price, gives you a word-for-word call script for the cancellations team, and builds a yearly calendar so you do it again on time.

The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Can you lower my bill? Hi, I have been a loyal customer for years and my bill keeps going up. Is there any way you could give me a discount or a better deal? I would really appreciate it. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks
No price to beat, no target and no sign the customer might leave, so the easy answer is no.
Subject: Agreed new price: account 70031822, 29 October 2026 Hello, Thank you for today's call (reference CX-55210, agent Sam). We agreed: 1. 500 Mbps broadband at £32 a month, down from £58. 2. An 18-month contract starting 1 November 2026. 3. No set-up fee and no other change to my service. Please confirm this in writing by 5 November 2026. Kind regards, Chris Moore
It locks in the price, term and reference from the call in writing the same day. An invented example from the pack.

Good to know
- Being out of contract and willing to switch is your strongest position. It tells you honestly where you stand.
- It compares total cost over the contract, not the first month.
- It never tells you to bluff about leaving or quote an offer you did not find.
- Rules on price rises and leaving early differ by country. It tells you where to check yours.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
