Case Study Writer cover

AI agent pack for marketing

Case Study Writer

Turns your customer's own answers into case studies, one-pagers, LinkedIn posts and email snippets, with approval built in.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run a bookkeeping firm. A client, a 9-person plumbing company, answered your interview questions by email and agreed in writing to be named by trade and town only.

It asks you, for example

  1. What you sell, and who buys it
  2. Which customer it is about, and what they bought
  3. How they agreed to be named
  4. Whether they agreed, and got anything for it
The draft it writes

DRAFT FOR APPROVAL

A plumbing firm in Derby now closes its books by the 5th

AT A GLANCE
Customer: A plumbing firm in Derby with 9 staff
Challenge: Receipts lived in the vans, and month-end took about two weeks
Solution: Weekly receipt uploads and a monthly close done by the bookkeeper
Result: Books closed by the 5th of each month for the last 6 months

THE RESULTS
The office manager now spends maybe half a day a month on the books, down from about three days. There have been no late VAT returns in the last 6 months. Monthly figures now arrive before most supplier bills are due.

Under the draft it adds a CHECK block tracing every fact, then writes the email asking the customer to approve it in writing.

A case study writer in 7 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It builds every story from your customer's own words.

It writes the questions to send your customer, turns their answers into a full case study, a one-page version, a LinkedIn post and a sales email snippet, and writes the email that gets their approval. Every number and quote comes from what your customer said.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • Interview questions that get real answers and real numbers from your customer.
  • Fixed rules for numbers and quotes: copied as given, hedges kept, maths shown for you to check.
  • An approval step on every draft: nothing is ready until your customer says yes in writing.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A results generator. It never invents a number, a quote or a customer.
  • A publishing tool. It writes the drafts; you get the approval and publish.
  • Legal advice. It covers the basics on using testimonials and tells you when to check.

Case Study: How Lloyd & Daughters Heating Transformed Their Business Lloyd & Daughters partnered with Fieldnote to streamline their operations. The results were game-changing: a 70% cut in unpaid invoices and 300 hours saved every year. "Fieldnote has revolutionised the way we work," says Gareth Lloyd.

The 70%, the 300 hours and the quote are all invented. None of it came from Gareth.

With Case Study Writer

DRAFT FOR APPROVAL The results Invoices now go out the same day, from the van. Customers get a photo of the finished job, which they like. Unpaid invoices over 60 days fell from £18,400 in March to £6,100 at the end of August, down 66%. The office manager no longer types job sheets, and reckons she has maybe six hours a week back. CHECK (for you, not for publishing) Maths: 18,400 - 6,100 = 12,300. 12,300 / 18,400 = 0.668, so 66% (rounded down). Gareth confirms it in the approval email.

Every number from Gareth's own answers, his "maybe" kept, the maths shown and his approval built in (the rest of the case study and CHECK block left out here). An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Customer Case StudyWrites a 300 to 600 word customer case study from the customer's own answers, with a list for you to check.Different: Builds a sourced fact sheet first, copies every number with its hedge and timeframe, rounds percentages down, and heads every draft DRAFT FOR APPROVAL.
Case Study Short FormatsWrites a one-page version, LinkedIn post and sales email snippet from one customer story, with word counts.Different: Cuts each format from one sourced fact sheet to a fixed word range, keeps every hedge on the numbers, and posts nothing where the customer has not approved it.
Case Study CheckChecks a case study or testimonial you wrote against the customer's answers and returns the fixed version.Different: Traces every number and quote to the customer's answers, removes what it cannot trace instead of softening it, and marks anything unseen "source not seen".
Case Study Permission AskWrites the email asking a customer to do a case study, its one reminder, and the reply if they say no.Different: Checks timing first (90 days as a customer, no open complaint), writes one 50 to 110 word ask that says what it takes and that no is fine, one reminder only.
Case Study Interview KitWrites the case study interview email with eight numbered questions, or a call kit with all 12 and probes.Different: Uses 12 fixed numbered questions so every line of the draft traces back to an answer, and its follow-up questions never suggest a number to the customer.
Case Study ApprovalWrites the approval email, every reply to the customer's answer, and the eight checks before you publish.Different: Lists every place the case study will be used, flags any figure you worked out for the customer to confirm, and counts only a written yes to the exact words.
Case Study Fact SheetSorts a customer's answers, transcript or notes into a fact sheet: results, quotes, what to keep out, gaps.Different: Tags every line with where it came from (which answer, your records or your notes), marks each number exact or approximate, and says if a percentage is allowed.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you a Case Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. General questions about case studies get an answer straight away.
  • No numbers from your customer? It tells the story in their words and gives you the questions to get the numbers, rather than guessing.
  • Every draft says DRAFT FOR APPROVAL and ends with the approval step. Keep your customer's written yes before you publish.
  • Need the testimonial or the case study yes first? The Referral and Testimonial Asker pack writes those asks.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
