An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You run a pottery studio in Brighton with evening classes. 310 people have joined your monthly newsletter from the booking page, and you want an email that greets each new sign-up.
It asks you, for example
- What your business does and the newsletter's goal
- Who reads it and what they want
- How often you send, and on which day
- Something you wrote, 100 words or more
Email 1, day 0
Subject: welcome to the studio letter (28)
Preview: One letter a month, first Sunday: class dates and kiln news (59)
Hi there,
Thanks for joining. I'm [Your name], and I teach the evening pottery classes at the studio in Brighton.
Here's what you'll get: one letter a month, on the first Sunday, with new class dates, what's come out of the kiln and one thing to try at the wheel.
Before the first one lands, I'd like to know one thing. Have you thrown a pot before, or is clay new to you?
Hit reply and tell me in a line. I read every reply.

Your AI today, and with this
Subject: Fernhill Gardens November Newsletter! Dear Valued Subscriber, We hope this email finds you well! As the leaves turn golden, it's the perfect time to explore the magical world of bulbs. In this issue we'll share planting tips, exciting updates and more. Don't miss out: limited consultation slots available!
About the sender, no useful detail, vague topics and scarcity nobody confirmed.
Subject: tulips go in this month Preview: The planting mistake I see most, and the 15cm rule that fixes it Hi there, If you want tulips in April, this is the month to plant them. Wait for a cold spell, not a mild afternoon. The mistake I see most is planting too shallow. The rule I use is simple. Dig down three times the height of the bulb. For a normal tulip that is about 15cm. Book a consultation (https://fernhillgardens.co.uk/consult) Hannah
One idea, a detail the reader can use today, every fact from the owner's notes and one ask. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Newsletter Issue | Writes a full newsletter issue from your topic or notes: subject, preview, body and sign-off, with counts.Different: Picks one of five formats with fixed word ranges (Letter 150 to 350, Roundup 250 to 550), sorts notes into keep, cut and ask, and never pads or invents a fact. |
| Subject Lines and Preview | Writes three subject line and preview text pairs, with character counts, the one to send marked and why.Different: Gives three pairs from three named patterns, subjects under 50 characters, previews 40 to 90 that add to the subject, and judges tests on clicks, not opens. |
| Newsletter Check | Checks a newsletter you wrote before you send it and returns the fixed email, with counts and what changed.Different: Returns the fixed email first with every count, removes fake urgency and banned openers outright, and turns any fact it cannot confirm into a question. |
| Welcome Sequence | Writes the four welcome emails a new subscriber gets, each with subject, preview and word count.Different: Four emails on days 0, 2, 5 and 9, each 60 to 200 words with one ask, no selling before Email 4, and no founder story it was not told. |
| Newsletter Plan | Plans your next 4 to 12 issues as a table of send date, format, topic and the one ask.Different: Dates every issue from your rhythm on working days, allows no format more than twice in a row, and makes at most one issue in four mainly an offer. |
| Win-Back Emails | Writes two win-back emails for quiet subscribers, 7 days apart, with the removal date and the cleanup step.Different: Counts quiet on clicks and replies over 90 or 180 days, never opens, checks if over 40% of the list is quiet, and uses only a removal date you will keep. |
| Subscriber Replies | Writes your answer to a subscriber who replied to your newsletter, under 80 words, ready to send.Different: Names the reply type first (one of seven), stays under 80 words, never guesses a price or answer, and answers "take me off" in one line, no save attempt. |
| Sending and Consent | Answers who you may email, what every email must carry, how often to send and what your send numbers mean.Different: Works your bounce, unsubscribe and complaint rates to 2 decimals against fixed lines (2%, 0.5% to 1%, 0.1%) and says country by country who needs consent. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It writes and checks. You paste the email into your own platform and send it from there.
- It never invents facts, statistics, quotes or customer stories. Thin notes get a question, not filler.
- It will not write for people who never signed up. Consent rules differ by country, so it gives the basics and tells you when to check.
- Want to turn each issue into posts as well? LinkedIn Post Writer
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
