Product Launch Planner cover

AI agent pack for marketing

Product Launch Planner

Plan a product or feature launch on your real date: positioning, T-30 to T+30 timeline, channels, budget, emails, posts and checklist.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run invoicing software for freelance photographers and are adding automatic payment reminders. It goes live on Tuesday 2 February 2027 at 10am UK time. There are two of you, no ad budget, and 1,900 customers on your list.

It asks you, for example

  1. What you are launching and what it does
  2. Who it is for, and the problem it fixes
  3. The launch date, time and time zone
  4. Your channels, budget and team size
The plan it builds

It dates the rows after launch, then writes the one-liner, launch email, posts, page and launch-day checklist.

A launch planner in 8 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It puts every task on a real date counted from your launch day, and writes the launch copy around it.

Give it a few facts about your launch, including the date. It builds a dated plan, writes the emails, posts, page and internal FAQ, and never invents a waitlist number, a deadline or a forecast.

What you are buying

It is
  • A timeline built on your real launch date: T-30 to T+30 for a new product, shorter for features and updates
  • Channel, budget and measure plans, with every sum shown
  • Launch emails, posts, an announcement page, an internal FAQ and a launch-day checklist
  • 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A scheduler. It plans and writes; you send and post.
  • A forecaster. It never predicts sign-ups, sales or reach.
  • A hype machine. No fake waitlists, countdowns or limited spots.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Launch Plan for Kettlebook! Week 1: Build hype on social media. Week 2: "Join 5,000+ studios already on the waitlist!" Launch day: "Only 50 spots at this price. Ends tonight!" Expected results: 10,000 visitors and 500 sign-ups.

Bad output, shown as a warning. No dates, an invented waitlist, fake scarcity and made-up forecasts: the kind of thing this pack refuses to write.

The skills inside

8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Launch TimelineBuilds your dated launch task table from your real launch date, by launch size, with weekend moves applied.Different: Dates every task from your launch date (30 days before to 30 after for a new product), moves weekend tasks to the nearest weekday, and lists what drops.
Launch PositioningWrites the launch one-liner, the internal positioning statement and three message points backed by facts.Different: Writes three one-liners of 8 to 20 words from three named patterns, and backs every message point with a fact you gave or marks it as needing one.
Launch Channel PlanPlans which channels carry the launch, what goes out when, the paid budget split and what to measure.Different: Caps channels at 3, 4 or 6 by team size, splits the budget by fixed bands with daily sums rounded down so spend never goes over, and never forecasts a result.
Launch EmailsWrites the teaser, launch, follow-up, last call, feedback and date-change emails, with word counts.Different: Picks the emails by launch and list size, holds each to a word range (launch 90 to 180) and one link, and writes a last call only for a real offer end date.
Launch PostsWrites teaser, launch, thank-you and how-it-works posts for your own accounts, with word counts.Different: Dates each post from launch day (new product: 14 and 7 days before, the day, 1 and 7 days after), keeps it to 40 to 150 words, and never writes engagement bait.
Launch PageWrites the launch page in ten fixed sections, or a changelog entry for a small update, with word counts.Different: Builds the page in ten fixed sections (headline 4 to 12 words, one button wording used twice, 3 to 6 FAQ answers under 50 words), every fact from you.
Launch Day ReadinessWrites the internal FAQ, runs the go or no-go check the day before and lays out the launch-day hours.Different: Writes 10 to 20 internal FAQ answers under 50 words with gaps marked for you to confirm, and says do not launch on a failed purchase, payment or page check.
Launch ReviewReviews your launch numbers 7, 14 or 30 days after launch and gives a keep, change or stop call per channel.Different: Checks channels add up to the total, shows every rate with its sum (percentages to 1 decimal), and makes no keep or stop call under 10 sign-ups.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It needs your launch date to put dates on the plan. Without one it plans in T-minus days and asks for the date.
  • It does not know your public holidays. Every dated timeline ends with a check so you can tell it which days to move.
  • Waitlist numbers, offers and deadlines appear only if you give them and confirm they are real.
  • Need a full sales page for the launch? Landing Page Copywriter pairs well.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

19 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.

00_START_HERE.pdfThe two ways to set it up, the clicks for each AI, and what each skill does.
1 - Skills8 skill files (.zip), one per job. Upload each once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.Launch Timeline, Launch Positioning, Launch Channel Plan, Launch Emails, Launch Posts, Launch Page, Launch Day Readiness, Launch Review
2 - Text files for any AIThe same 8 skills as text files, the instructions to paste in a project or custom GPT, and all skills in one file of about 22,900 words to attach to any chat.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
