The situation
A garage replaced your car's alternator for £412 on 2 October. Nineteen days later the battery warning light came back on and the battery went flat again.

On 21 October, 19 days and about 600 miles later, the battery warning light came on again and the battery went flat the next morning. It is the same fault you were paid to fix.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the work must be done with reasonable care and skill. Please inspect the car and put the repair right free of charge by 6 November 2026. I can bring it in on any weekday.
