Partnership Outreach cover

AI agent pack for sales

Partnership Outreach

Finds and pitches business partners: fit scoring, first emails, one-pagers, co-marketing plans and referral terms outlines.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You sell a rota app for care homes at £3 per staff member a month, used by 85 homes. You want care staffing agencies to refer clients, and you pay 15% of the subscription for 12 months.

It asks you, for example

  1. What you sell and what it costs
  2. Who buys it: title, company, size, country
  3. Which partner types you want
  4. What you can offer partners
The first email it writes

Subject: your clients' night rotas

Hi Sam,

When your care home clients take on new staff through you, the next job is fitting them into the rota without gaps on nights and weekends.

Our app builds care home rotas on a phone, so managers see the gaps a week ahead. 85 care homes use it.

For care homes you refer, we pay you 15% of their subscription for 12 months.

Worth 15 minutes to see if it fits your clients?

[Your name]

[Your name], Partnerships Lead, [Your company], [postal address]
If this is not for you, reply 'no' and I won't write again.

If there is no reply, it writes a day 4 follow-up and a day 11 exit email, then stops.

An AI partnerships lead in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It maps, scores and pitches the partners who already serve your buyers.

Tell it what you sell and what you can offer partners. It tells you which agencies, resellers, tools and associations to go after, scores the ones you find, writes the emails and builds the one-pager, the co-marketing plan and the referral terms outline.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • A fixed 100-point fit score, so you write to the right partners first.
  • Email frames built on the moment a partner's client needs you, with fixed word limits.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about what you sell, your buyer and what you offer partners, then gives you a Partner Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A contact finder. It does not browse, scrape or buy emails; you paste the partners you find.
  • A way to overpromise. No invented earnings, fake deadlines or commission you have not set.
  • A contract. The referral terms outline is for discussion; a lawyer writes the agreement.

Your AI today, and with this

Subject: Exciting Partnership Opportunity! Hi there, I'm reaching out because Kitlog is a leading restaurant platform and we believe a strategic partnership would be mutually beneficial. Our partners earn thousands every month and spaces are limited. Let me know by Friday if you're interested!

All about the seller, an earnings claim nobody gave it, fake scarcity and a deadline, and nothing about the partner's clients.

With Partnership Outreach

Subject: food cost at month-end Hi Ben, When your restaurant clients see food cost come in high at month-end, the next question is which dishes caused it. The accounts cannot answer that. Kitlog tracks stock and costs every recipe, so owners see food cost dish by dish. 310 restaurants use it. For clients you refer, we pay you 20% of their subscription for 12 months, and we pass you restaurants that ask us for bookkeeping. Worth 15 minutes to see if it fits your clients? Nadia

Starts with the partner's clients, uses only the proof and commission on the card, and makes one small ask. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Partner First EmailWrites the first email to a possible partner: three subject lines, 50 to 120 words, and the opt-out footer.Different: Picks one of four email types by what you can prove, opens on the partner's clients, keeps to 50 to 120 words, and names only the commission you set.
Partner Follow-Ups and RepliesWrites Email 2 and Email 3 when a partner goes quiet, and answers partners who wrote back, with word counts.Different: Names the reply type (one of eight) before writing, sends two follow-ups only (day 4, then day 11 asking nothing), and never answers terms not on your card.
Partner Fit ScoringScores the partner candidates you paste out of 100, bands them A to Drop, and says who to write to first.Different: Scores each candidate on six fixed criteria out of 100 (unknown scores 0), bands them A to Drop, and drops any competitor whatever its score.
Partner MapMaps up to six partner types that fit your buyer, with the moment, where to find them and a search string.Different: Starts from the moment your buyer needs you, maps up to six partner types with where to find each and a search string, and never names a company it made up.
Partner One-PagerWrites a partner programme one-pager under 300 words, plus a short version for an email or a slide.Different: Eight fixed sections under 300 words, every figure from you, one labelled commission example, and any section you cannot back left out and named.
Referral Terms OutlineWrites a referral or reseller terms outline to discuss with a partner, with the commission maths shown.Different: Uses 11 fixed headings, takes every money term from you or asks, marks other gaps "to agree" instead of filling them, and shows the maths line by line.
Partner Co-Marketing PlanPlans 90 days of joint marketing with a partner who said yes, with the intro email and two reviews.Different: Starts with four low-effort moves, never swaps contact lists, and reviews at day 45 and day 90 against fixed counts of introductions and paying customers.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It only uses the commission and proof you give it. With no commission set, it pitches with leads and co-marketing and never names a fee.
  • It scores only what you paste. Gaps score zero and show up as questions to check, never as guesses.
  • Referral terms come out as an outline to discuss. Have a lawyer write the contract and an accountant check tax on commission.
  • Need partner firms to score? Get B2B leads with checked emails.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
