See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You sell a booking system to physio clinics. A three-clinic customer pays £120 a month on an annual contract that auto-renews on 1 September 2027, with 60 days' notice to cancel. You are raising it to £132.
It asks you, for example
- What you sell, prices, and who signs
- Contract length, auto-renew and notice terms
- Upgrades and add-ons, with prices
- Your discount limit and what you trade
Old £120 | New £132 | +£12 a month, £144 a year | 10.0% | Starts 1 Sep 2027 | Sent 4 May 2027, 120 days' notice
Subject: your booking plan price from 1 September 2027
Hi Laura,
I am writing to let you know the price of your booking plan is going up at your renewal.
From 1 September 2027, the plan will be £132 a month instead of £120, billed annually. That is £1,584 a year instead of £1,440.
The reason: this year we added text reminders and online payments.
Nothing else changes: same three clinics, same support, same contract terms.
If you would like to change or cancel, the last day to do it is 3 July 2027.
Would 15 minutes on a call be useful to talk it through?
[Your name]
Check this against your contract before sending.
It sets the 90, 60 and 30-day renewal reminders with the new price in each, and drafts your reply if they push back.
An AI account manager in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It keeps your renewals on time and your upsells honest.
It works out every decision date, writes the reminders, upsell emails and price letters with your real prices, and scores your accounts so you know which customer to call first.
What you are buying
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Fixed rules: reminders counted back from the last day to cancel, at least 60 days' notice on price rises (a pack rule, not law), upsells only on a real usage signal.
- A health score out of 10 with fixed thresholds, and a week-by-week plan for any account at risk.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your plans, prices, contract terms and what you can offer, then gives you a Renewal Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- Connected to your CRM or billing. You paste the account facts; it writes. You send.
- A way to trap customers. Cancellations and downgrades are always honoured, and it never writes fake deadlines.
- Legal advice. Every letter that changes price or terms comes with a line telling you to check it against your contract.
Your AI today, and with this
Subject: Get more with the Clinic plan! Hi Ellie, I hope this email finds you well! As a valued customer, we'd love to tell you about our Clinic plan, packed with powerful features your growing team will love. Upgrade today and take your practice to the next level!
No numbers of hers, no price, banned phrases, and it pushes an upgrade that would cost her more for nothing.
Subject: your 14 users Hi Ellie, Harbour Vets has 14 users on Solo, which covers 10, so you are paying £180 for Solo plus £60 a month for 4 extra seats, £240 a month in total. The Clinic plan covers 25 users for £375 a month. At 14 users that is £135 more, so it only pays off above 23 users. Are you planning to grow past 23 users this year? Tom
Her numbers, the real price difference and an honest answer, so she trusts the next email too. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Renewal Reminders | Writes the dated 90, 60 and 30 day renewal reminder schedule, the three emails and the renewal confirmation.Different: Counts 90, 60 and 30 days back from the decision date, not the renewal date, moves weekend sends to Friday, and puts the price and dates in every email. |
| Renewal Customer Replies | Writes the reply to a customer who wrote back about renewing, price, a discount, downgrading or cancelling.Different: Names one of 9 reply types first, keeps replies under 80 words, confirms a cancellation in line one, and gives a discount in two steps at most, to your limit. |
| Upsell and Cross-Sell Emails | Writes an upgrade or add-on email for one account, or ranks pasted accounts by upsell signal.Different: Writes nothing without one of 5 signals at its fixed threshold (80% of a plan limit, 2 requests in 90 days), shows the price difference and blocks red accounts. |
| Price Increase Letter | Writes a price increase letter with old price, new price and start date, and the maths above it.Different: Checks 60 days' notice and the decision date before writing, shows old, new, difference and % change, and never picks the new price or start date for you. |
| Account Health and At-Risk Plan | Scores one account out of 10 on five factors and writes a dated save plan and first email if at risk.Different: Scores five factors 0 to 2 from your facts only, marks gaps "not given", goes red on any cancel or notice question whatever the score, and dates each action. |
| QBR Prep and Summary | Builds a 30-minute quarterly review agenda and prep sheet, then turns your notes into the summary email.Different: Gives the customer over half of a 30-minute agenda, asks the same 3 questions in order, and writes "owner not given" or "date not given" rather than invent. |
| Renewal Book Review | Sorts a pasted list of accounts into one table by what needs doing first, in batches of 25 rows.Different: Works out each row's decision date, days left and health score, then sorts in a fixed 6-step order: red within 90 days first, rows missing a date or price last. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It only uses the prices, terms and usage you give it. If a job needs a number it does not have, it asks.
- It needs today's date to work out reminder dates and notice. Tell it, or it will ask.
- With no discount limit on your card, it treats the limit as zero and never offers one.
- Customer pushing back on price live on a call? The Objection Handler pack gives you the words while they wait.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
17 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
