Objection Handler cover

AI agent pack for sales

Objection Handler

Three replies to any objection, discount talks that always trade, follow-up emails and scored role-plays.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You sell a booking and reminder system to hair salons at £79 a month on a 12-month contract, with a 14-day free trial. On a first demo, a salon owner says the paper diary works fine.

It asks you, for example

  1. What you sell, the price and contract length
  2. Who buys it
  3. The three objections you hear most
  4. Your discount limit and what you trade
The replies it gives you

TYPE: Status quo. Change looks like more work than the problem.
SOFT: "Fair, if the diary works, change is hard to justify. When a client doesn't turn up, what happens to that slot?"
DIRECT: "Understood. How many no-shows or late cancellations do you get in a normal week?"
BOLD: "Is it that the diary works, or that changing feels like more work than it's worth?"
I WOULD USE: SOFT. First demo, no trust yet.
WHEN THEY ANSWER: their own number of empty slots a week, set against £79 a month.
ASK NEXT: "Shall we set up the 14-day trial so you can run it next to the diary?"

It can also write the email after the call, or run a scored role-play of the same objection.

An AI sales coach in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It answers any buyer objection with three short replies and the question to ask next.

Paste what the buyer said and get three short replies, the one to use and the question to ask next. It also plans your price talk, writes the email after the call and plays a tough buyer so you can practise.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • One fixed method for every objection: acknowledge, ask, answer with one fact, move to the next step.
  • Fixed price rules: never past your discount limit, and every concession traded for something back.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about what you sell, your proof and what you can offer, then gives you a Deal Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A call recorder. It does not listen to calls; you paste or type what the buyer said.
  • A script to trick buyers. No fake deadlines, invented clients or guarantees you cannot keep.
  • Legal advice on contracts. It tells you what to ask for, your legal or finance team checks the wording.

Your AI today

Great question! Here are some ways to handle the objection "We've used a whiteboard for 15 years and it works fine": 1. Empathise with their concerns 2. Highlight the many benefits of our solution 3. Share success stories from satisfied customers 4. Offer a limited-time discount to create urgency Remember, every objection is an opportunity!

A blog post, not an answer. Nothing to say, an invented urgency and a discount offered before anyone asked.

With Objection Handler

TYPE: Status quo. Change feels like more work than the problem. DIRECT: "Fair, if it works, why change. What happens when an engineer finishes early or a job runs over?" I WOULD USE: DIRECT. It makes him describe the gap himself. WHEN THEY ANSWER: customers recover around 9 unbilled jobs a month in the first quarter. ASK NEXT: "Would a 14-day pilot with five of your engineers show you whether that's true for you?"

Words you can say now, one question, one fact from your own Deal Card and a next step. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Live Objection RepliesAnswers a buyer's objection on a live call with soft, direct and bold replies, the fact and the next question.Different: Gives soft, direct and bold replies under 50 words with exactly one question each, picks one by a fixed tone test, and never goes bold on a trust objection.
Objection Email ReplyWrites the reply to an objection that came by email, plus the one follow-up and clean exit if they go quiet.Different: Puts all four steps in one email under 80 words, with one clarifying question and one "if" branch, and never names a discount before the buyer names a figure.
After-Call EmailWrites the email to send after a call where an objection came up, with its word count, ready to paste.Different: Opens with the buyer's own words from the call, keeps to 50 to 100 words with one fact, one next step and one date, and attaches only what the buyer asked for.
Discount Negotiation PlanPlans a price talk: your floor price, up to two traded discount moves with prices, and the walk-away line.Different: Sets your floor price first, then at most two discount moves (60% of your limit, then the limit), each traded for something named, every price as a number.
Objection Call PrepPreps you for a sales call on one screen: likely objections, the question, reply, fact and price steps.Different: One screen: for each likely objection, its type, the question to ask, a direct reply under 50 words and the one fact, plus your price steps if price is likely.
Objection Role-PlayPlays a tough buyer at level 1, 2 or 3 so you can practise, then scores you out of 10.Different: Plays a buyer at one of three fixed levels, never coaches in the scene, then scores you out of 10 on six criteria, capped at 4 if you discount past your limit.
Sales Call ReviewReviews a real call transcript or thread: each objection, a score out of 10 and the line to say next time.Different: Scores your real call out of 10 on six fixed criteria, rewrites your weakest line in under 50 words, and flags each untraded discount and unbacked claim.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It only uses the proof you give it. If you have no numbers yet, it leans on questions and the buyer's own facts instead.
  • If you give no discount limit, it treats the limit as zero and never offers one.
  • Live on a call with no setup done? Paste the objection anyway. It answers first and asks for your Deal Card after.
  • Need more people to sell to? Get B2B leads with checked emails.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
