Builds one-page key account plans: stakeholder map, whitespace, health check, 90-day plan and meeting prep.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You supply commercial cleaning to a dental group with three practices, worth £48,000 a year. The contract renews on 30 June 2027, a new operations manager started in February, and one practice disputes the January invoice.
It asks you, for example
- What you sell, and at what prices
- The account, what it buys now, its value
- Your goal for it, and key dates
- Everything you know: notes, emails, org chart
90-DAY PLAN
Block 1: Mon 1 Mar to Tue 30 Mar 2027
| Settle the January invoice dispute with the practice manager | You | Fri 12 Mar | Correction agreed in writing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ask the clinical director to introduce the new operations manager, then meet | You | Fri 26 Mar | Meeting held |
Block 2: Wed 31 Mar to Thu 29 Apr 2027
| Window cleaning quote for all three practices | You | Fri 9 Apr | Quote sent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Renewal meeting with the clinical director and operations manager | You | Fri 23 Apr | Terms proposed, objections written down |
Block 3: Fri 30 Apr to Sat 29 May 2027
Renewal proposal to both | You | Fri 14 May | Sent
Checks: the dispute comes first. The renewal meeting is 68 days before 30 June, inside the 60-day rule.
It also builds the stakeholder map, whitespace sizes and health check, then preps you for the renewal meeting.

Your AI today, and with this
Fernhill Foods is a leading UK food manufacturer with around 800 employees. Key stakeholders: CEO, CFO, Head of Procurement. Opportunities: digital transformation, sustainability, cross-selling. Next steps: build relationships, add value, schedule a QBR.
The staff number and stakeholders are made up, and nothing has an owner or a date.
GOAL £70,000 a year by Wed 30 Jun 2027. Does not add up: Hull is with another supplier until Sep 2027. Reachable by 30 Jun: £37,440 + £4,800 + £9,360 + £720 = £52,320. STAKEHOLDERS Dan Pryce | Ops Director | Decision maker: "signs off anything over £10k" | Supporter | Some (18 Nov) Ravi Sood | Procurement Manager | Role not known | Not stated | None Status: WATCH. 1 red, 4 amber, 2 green, 1 not known. Settle the lost-garments charge with Leah | Kate | Fri 22 Jan | Credit note sent, Leah confirms in writing
Every figure is worked from your prices, unknown roles say so, and every action has an owner and a date. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Key Account Plan | Builds a one-page plan for one account: snapshot, goal check, people, whitespace, risks, 90 days and gaps.Different: Tags every fact with its source, lists anything unsourced as a gap to check, tests the goal against worked sums, and stays under 600 words. |
| Account Meeting Prep | Preps one meeting with an account on one page: who is in the room, the outcome, points, questions and the ask.Different: Keeps the prep under 250 words, backs every point with proof you gave it or a sourced fact, and never suggests a discount you have not set. |
| Account Plan Update | Updates an account plan from your notes: what changed, every action marked, health re-scored, version up.Different: Shows changes only, marks every action Done, Open, Late or Dropped against its done-when, and re-scores health from the update date. |
| Account Stakeholder Map | Maps who matters in one account: role, stance and contact for each person, coverage, and who to meet next.Different: Assigns roles and stances only from quoted words in your notes, never from job titles, and rates coverage green, amber or red by people in contact. |
| Account Health Check | Scores a customer account on 8 signals, gives one status, and lists the risks with owners and dates.Different: Scores 8 signals on fixed day and percentage thresholds, never marks an unknown green, and shows a status line whose four counts add up to 8. |
| Account Whitespace | Finds where an account could buy more, sizes each gap from your own prices and scores it 0 to 6.Different: Sizes every gap as volume x your price x periods with the sum shown, scores fit, access and timing 0 to 2 each, and never estimates a missing volume. |
| 90-Day Account Plan | Writes a 90-day plan for one account: three 30-day blocks, 3 to 8 actions, each with owner, date, done-when.Different: Orders work fixes first, then missing people, then growth, dates every action on a checked working day, and gives each a done-when you can verify. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- Web search depends on your platform and plan. With it on and when you ask, it can look up public company facts and shows each source. Otherwise it works only from what you paste.
- It never invents people, roles, spend or dates. What it does not know goes in a list of gaps to check.
- Money figures come only from the prices you give it, with the sum shown.
- Prepping a first call with a new contact? Sales Call Prep builds the one-page call brief.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
