AI agent pack for sales
Deal Follow-Up
Follow-ups after demos and proposals, fixed quiet deal rules, break-up and re-engage emails, and pipeline reviews.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You sell social media management to restaurants at £950 a month. An owner asked for a proposal and whether you could start before Christmas. You sent it on Tuesday 3 November, and it has been quiet for seven days.
It asks you, for example
- What you sell and what it costs
- Who signs, and what type of company
- How many days a deal usually takes
- Your proof: numbers or client results
EMAIL: Quiet 1, day 7 | SEND: Tuesday 10 November
Subject: same thread, no new subject
Hi Marco,
You asked whether we could start before Christmas. We can. A start on Tuesday 1 December would have the first month's posts, Christmas menu included, planned in week one, at £950 a month.
Would a 1 December start suit you?
[Your name]
NEXT: if no reply, Quiet 2 on Tuesday 17 November.
If it stays quiet, it writes a smaller ask on day 14 and a break-up on day 21, then marks the deal lost.
An AI sales assistant in 6 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It writes the right follow-up for every open deal.
Tell it where a deal stands and it writes the next email, with the date of the step after. Paste your open deals and it tells you which ones need what this week.
What you are buying
- 6 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Fixed quiet deal rules: a chase at day 7 and 14, a break-up at day 21, marked lost at day 28.
- Emails for every stage: after a demo, after a proposal, after a verbal yes, lost and re-engage.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about what you sell, your sales cycle, your stages and your proof, then gives you a Pipeline Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A CRM. It does not read your inbox or send emails; you paste, it writes.
- A pressure machine. No fake deadlines, fake price rises or guilt-trip chasers.
- Legal advice on contracts. It reminds you to check the wording with your legal or finance team.
Your AI today, and with this
Subject: Following up! Hi Lucas, Just wanted to check in on the proposal I sent over. Did you get a chance to look at it? Our prices are going up next month, so now is a great time to move forward. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Nothing new to say, stock phrases buyers skip, and a price rise that is not real.
Hi Lucas, You mentioned the two overtime errors last quarter. With us, every payroll comes to you for sign-off two days before it runs, so a wrong overtime figure is caught before anyone is paid. At 22 staff the price is our £180 monthly minimum, £2,160 a year. Would a start in April suit Northgate? Tom NEXT: if no reply, Quiet 2 on Monday 23 March, break-up Monday 30 March, mark lost Monday 6 April.
His own problem, one fact from your card, the real price worked out and a date for the next step. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
6 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Stage Follow-Up Emails | Writes the email after a demo, a proposal or a verbal yes: the buyer's words, one fact, one dated next step.Different: Opens with the buyer's own words, never with thanks, holds 50 to 120 words, writes the worked price into the email and records every agreed number after a yes. |
| Quiet Deal Chaser | Counts days quiet and writes the chase that is due (first, second or last email), or marks the deal lost.Different: Counts days quiet from the buyer's last move, never from your own chases, and sends one step at a time at least 7 days apart: day 7, 14, 21, then lost at 28. |
| Buyer Replies | Names the type of reply a buyer sent and writes your answer in under 80 words, with the next step dated.Different: Sorts each reply into one of 9 types before writing, answers in under 80 words with at most one question, and closes a soft no in one line with no offer. |
| Pipeline Review | Reviews a pasted list of open deals: a status, next action and date per deal, then flags and totals.Different: Gives every deal one status from fixed day thresholds (7, 14, 21, 28, 45), recomputes every value and total, and flags missing dates instead of guessing. |
| Follow-Up Check | Checks a follow-up you wrote and returns the fixed email first, then up to five lines on what changed.Different: Checks your draft against the word range for its type and the step due on its day, cuts banned phrases and fake urgency, and asks only for a missing fact. |
| Lost Deal and Re-engage | Writes the lost-deal email after a no on a call, and the one re-engage email 90 days or more later.Different: Writes no re-engage without one of four named new reasons, sends it once at 90 days or more after the loss, and never writes to anyone who asked for no contact. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 6 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It only uses the prices and proof you give it. With no proof yet, it builds every email on the buyer's own words.
- It needs today's date to count days quiet. Tell it, or it will ask.
- It will not write a deadline or price rise unless you confirm it is real and give the date.
- Need more deals to follow up? Get B2B leads with checked emails.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
15 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.
| 00_START_HERE.pdf | The two ways to set it up, the clicks for each AI, and what each skill does. |
|---|---|
| 1 - Skills | 6 skill files (.zip), one per job. Upload each once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.Stage Follow-Up Emails, Quiet Deal Chaser, Buyer Replies, Pipeline Review, Follow-Up Check, Lost Deal and Re-engage |
| 2 - Text files for any AI | The same 6 skills as text files, the instructions to paste in a project or custom GPT, and all skills in one file of about 18,400 words to attach to any chat. |
Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
