The situation
You sell handmade ceramics from Portugal on an online marketplace. On 2 October your seller account was suspended with a one-line notice that gave no reason, and €2,150 in payouts is held.
It asks you, for example
- Your country and where your business is registered
- The platform, and what kind of restriction it is
- The exact words of the notice, with its date
- How much money is held, and since when

My seller account was suspended on 2 October 2026. The notice says only: "Your account has been suspended for a policy violation." It does not name the policy, the listings concerned or what I can do to put it right. Payouts of €2,150 are also held.
I am a business user based in Portugal. Under the Platform-to-Business Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, please send me the statement of reasons for this suspension, naming the policy and the facts it relies on, with details of your internal complaint system.

Good to know
- A fake or edited document usually ends your case for good. The pack only uses real ones.
