The situation
You left a retail job in Leeds on 30 September. Your final payslip covered your last month's wages but none of the six days' holiday you had built up and not taken.

My understanding is that accrued, untaken statutory holiday is paid on leaving. Please pay the £576 by Friday 13 November 2026 and send a corrected payslip.

Good to know
- Final paycheck deadlines differ by US state. It tells you to check your state's labour office page.
- In the UK most tribunal claims need ACAS early conciliation first, and time limits apply.
- It starts polite and assumes a payroll mistake, then gets firmer on fixed dates.
