An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You are 52 and were let go in a group layoff after 11 years as a sales director on $142,000. The offer is 8 weeks' pay in return for signing a release.
It asks you, for example
- Which country and US state you work in
- What is happening, and how you were told
- Your years of service, age bracket and pay
- What the written offer says, and any deadline
Subject: Response to the exit proposal of October 19
Hello,
Thank you for the proposal. I'd like to reach an agreement and have five requests:
1. Severance of 22 weeks' base pay, two weeks for each of my 11 years.
2. Commission of $9,400 on the three deals that closed in September, earned under the plan.
3. Employer-paid COBRA premiums for six months, while I look for work.
4. An exit date of December 4, so the RSU tranche vesting on December 1 is included.
5. The non-compete cut from 12 months to six and limited to named competitors, so I can keep working in my field.
Could you send a revised agreement by November 6?
Best regards,
[Your name]
It answers each pushback, keeps the 45-day review and 7-day revocation dates in view, and tells you to get legal advice before signing.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a coach for negotiating your severance or exit package.
It splits your offer into what you are owed anyway and what is really extra, writes the request for more time and the counter, and keeps telling you to get independent legal advice before you sign.
What you are buying
- A coach for redundancy, layoff or being asked to leave
- A check of what the offer really adds on top of what you are owed
- A counter covering pay, notice, bonus, equity, reference and non-compete
- A list of questions to take to your lawyer before you sign
- Legal advice. You still need an independent lawyer before you sign.
- A way to bluff about claims you would not bring
- A tool that says an agreement is safe to sign
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Severance Hi Ruth, Thanks for the offer. I'm really upset about how this has been handled after six years. I think I deserve more than this. Is there any chance you could increase it a bit? I'm happy to sign by Friday if so. Helen
No number, no list of what is missing, and it agrees to sign by Friday before any advice.
Subject: Response to the exit proposal of 27 October Dear Ruth, Thank you for the proposal. I'd like to reach an agreement, and I'm asking for: 1. An additional payment of £20,000. 2. A pro rata bonus of £5,075 for April to October. 3. The non-compete reduced to 3 months and limited to named competitors. 4. The attached reference wording. 5. £1,000 towards legal fees. Could you send a revised draft by Friday 13 November so my solicitor can review it? Kind regards, Helen
Every ask in one numbered list, with numbers, and time for a solicitor to review. An invented example from the pack.

Good to know
- In the UK a settlement agreement only counts if you have had independent advice. Employers often pay part of the fee.
- In the US, if you are 40 or over, special rules on review and cancel periods can apply. It flags them.
- It never tells you an agreement is safe to sign.
- It will not help you threaten claims you would not bring.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Part of the Work Kit: 6 packs for $29.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
