Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?

Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
