Problem Pack for online and accounts
Get Your Data From Any Company
See the data a company holds on you, and have it fixed or deleted. It writes the request, works out the deadline and chases a late reply.
Works for: UK, EU, US, Canada and Australia
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You cancelled a fitness app subscription in California and still see ads that seem to know your workouts. You want to see what the company holds about you before asking it to delete everything.
It asks you, for example
- Which country and US state you live in
- Which company, and what you are to them
- Whether you want a copy, correction or deletion
- Whether you have asked them already
Subject: Request to know my personal information: [your full name]
Dear Privacy Team,
I am a California resident making a request to know under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA.
I held a paid account with your app until September 30, 2026, under the email [your email], and I am writing from that address.
Please send me a copy of all personal information you hold about me, including:
1. My account, payment and workout data.
2. Location and device data collected through the app.
3. Any third parties you have sold or shared my information with.
Please confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, by December 17, 2026.
Sincerely,
[Your name]
When the copy arrives, it checks it against your request, then writes the deletion request and any chase or regulator complaint.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for getting your personal data from a company, and fixing or deleting it.
It works out which law fits where you live, writes a short request that names exactly what you want, gives you the real deadline date, and helps you chase, check what came back and complain if they fall short.
What you are buying
- Access, correction and deletion requests written for your country or state
- The real reply deadline as a date in your diary
- Answers to the usual stalls: ID demands, fees, 'too broad', silence
- Works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot
- Legal advice. For a court case or a claim for money, talk to a lawyer.
- A way to get someone else's data. It refuses.
- A service that sends the request for you
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: My data Hi, I would like to get all my data that you have please. Can you send it to me when you can? I need it for a problem I'm having with you. Let me know if you need anything from me. Thanks
No law named, nothing to identify the person, no list of what is needed and no deadline, so it can sit in a queue for months.
Subject: Subject access request: Priya Shah, staff number NL-20417 Dear Data Protection Officer, I am making a subject access request under Article 15 of the UK GDPR. I worked for Northgate Logistics Ltd until 4 September, staff number NL-20417. Please send a copy of all personal data you hold about me, with the supporting information, including: 1. My personnel file. 2. Notes and recordings of the meeting on 28 August. 3. Emails mentioning me from 1 July to 4 September. I look forward to your response within one month, by 16 November. Priya Shah
The law, who she is, exactly what she wants and a real date. An invented example from the pack.
What it does
Words you can type at any time. You do not need them to start.
| Start it | Asks five short questions: where you live, which company, and what you want |
| Answer the questions | Tells you how strong your request is, which law fits and your deadline date |
| next message | Writes the request, then the reminder if the deadline passes |
| they replied: <paste> | Explains what their answer means and writes your reply |
| gap list | Checks what came back against what you asked for |
| delete | Writes a deletion request, after you have your copy |
| regulator | Writes your complaint to the data protection regulator |
How you use it
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
- Attach the text file to a new chat in any AI and type "Follow this file". Or upload it once as a skill to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot.
- Answer its questions in your own words. It works through the problem with you from there.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the pack as a ready-to-upload skill with its SKILL.md, the same pack as one text file for any AI, and a start-here PDF with both set-ups.
Good to know
- In the UK and EU the usual deadline is one month, and it is free in most cases.
- US rights depend on your state. California gives the most. Some data, like bank and insurance records, falls under other rules.
- Get your copy first, then ask for deletion. Deleting first wipes your evidence.
- It only asks for your own data, never anyone else's.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
4 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.
| START-HERE.pdf | The two ways to set it up, step by step, and the commands you can type. |
|---|---|
| 1 - Skill | A ready-to-upload skill (.zip) and its SKILL.md. Upload it once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot and it switches on whenever this problem comes up. |
| 2 - Text file for any AI | The same pack as one text file, about 3,300 words. Attach it to a chat or add it to a project in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work. |
Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
