The situation
Your Facebook page for a small photography business was taken over overnight. The login email was changed, and ads you never made are being charged to your saved card.

My Facebook account was taken over on 26 October 2026 at about 11pm. I am the owner. The attacker changed the login email from my original address to one I do not know, and turned on two-factor authentication with a phone number that is not mine.
Since then the account has run three ads I did not create, charged to the card saved on the account. I have reported the charges to my bank and frozen the card.
I still have the original email account, the phone number that was on the account until 26 October, and many photos of my face on the profile for a selfie check.
Please restore my access and remove the attacker's email, phone number and two-factor settings.

No username, no dates and nothing that proves the account is hers, so support has nothing to work with.

The sign-up email was changed from my own address, nina.ross.mail@example.com, to one I don't own, and the phone number was removed, so password resets now go to the attacker. I have been using this account since 2019. My face appears in many posts, and I can complete a video selfie check. Please restore my access and reverse the email change.
