Problem Pack for shopping
Price Dropped After You Bought
Get the difference back when the price drops after you buy. It asks the seller for a price adjustment, uses your right to cancel and reports fake discounts.
Works for: EU, UK, US, Japan and Brazil
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You order a cordless vacuum cleaner online for £399 on 5 November. It arrives on 7 November. On 12 November the same seller lists the same model at £319 in its early Black Friday sale. Its terms say you pay return postage, and it has no price adjustment policy.
It asks you, for example
- Where you live, and how you bought it
- What you paid, and the order number
- The day it arrived
- The new price, and whether it is the same model from the same seller
Subject: Order [order number]: price now £319, request to refund the £80 difference
On 5 November 2026 I ordered the cordless vacuum cleaner, model [model], for £399 (order [order number]). It was delivered on 7 November. Your website now lists the same model at £319; a screenshot taken on 12 November 2026 is attached.
I am still within my 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which ends on 21 November 2026. Rather than return it and order it again, please refund the £80 difference to the card I paid with.
Please confirm by Tuesday 17 November 2026.
[Your name]
If the seller says no, it works out what you really save after return postage, and writes the cancellation notice so you can order again at the lower price before 21 November.
A skill for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot, or a text file for any AI chat, that turns your AI into a helper for getting the difference back when the price drops after you buy.
It works out whether you can still cancel and buy again, writes the request for the difference that makes saying yes the easy option, gives you the last day to cancel as a real date, and answers when the seller says "we don't do price adjustments".
What you are buying
- A request for the price difference, with the last day to cancel worked out from your delivery date
- The cancellation notice and the refund chase if the seller says no
- Answers to the usual replies: no adjustments, promotion only, voucher instead, item opened, silence
- Works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot
- Legal advice. For a large sum or a dispute already in court, talk to an advice service.
- A promise of money. No law makes a seller refund a price difference; the lever is your right to cancel.
- A price tracker. It works from the price you found.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
The message most people send, and the one this pack writes
Subject: Price Hi, I bought a coffee machine from you last week and now it is much cheaper on your website. That doesn't seem fair. Can you refund me the difference please? Thanks
No order, no prices, no reason to say yes and no date, so it gets "our prices change all the time".
Subject: Order BH-448120: price now £249.99, request to refund the £80 difference Dear Brightwell Home, On 2 November 2026 I ordered the bean-to-cup coffee machine, model BW-870, for £329.99 (order BH-448120). It was delivered on 4 November. Your website now lists the same model at £249.99; a screenshot taken on 9 November 2026 is attached. I am still within my 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which ends on 18 November 2026. Rather than return the machine and order it again, please refund the £80 difference to the debit card I paid with. Please confirm by Friday 13 November 2026. Sarah Okoye
The order, both prices, the right to cancel and a real date. An invented example from the pack.
What it does
Words you can type at any time. You do not need them to start.
| Start it | Asks five short questions: where you live, how you bought, what you paid, when it arrived and the new price |
| Answer the questions | Tells you how strong your ask is and the last day you can cancel |
| next message | Writes the request for the difference, then the chase |
| they replied: <paste> | Explains what their answer means and writes your reply |
| worth it | Works out what you really save by cancelling and buying again, after return postage |
| report | Writes a factual report of a fake "was" price to the right authority |
How you use it
- Open a new chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. Free plans work.
- Attach the text file to a new chat in any AI and type "Follow this file". On a paid Claude plan, you can install it once as a skill instead.
- Answer its questions in your own words. It works through the problem with you from there.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside: the pack as a ready-to-upload skill with its SKILL.md, the same pack as one text file for any AI, and a start-here PDF with both set-ups.
Good to know
- In the EU and the UK you can cancel most online and phone orders within 14 days of delivery, without a reason. The seller must then refund you within 14 days, including standard delivery.
- You usually pay the return postage if the seller told you so before you bought, so the pack works out whether cancelling is worth it.
- Bought in a shop? There is no legal right to return an item that is not faulty, so it is the shop's policy or goodwill.
- In the EU, a discount must show the lowest price of the last 30 days. If the "was" price was never real, the pack helps you report it.
- Japan: with no return policy shown, 8 days from delivery. Brazil: 7 days from receiving it, for online and phone purchases.
- Faulty, missing or not as described? Seller Won't Refund is built for that.
- It writes, you send. Nothing goes out for you.
- Or get Every Problem Pack: all of them for $99.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot take it as a skill: upload it once and it switches on by itself. On any AI and any plan, attach the text file to a new chat and type "Follow this file", or add it to a project.
How do I get it?
Pay once by card. The download button appears straight after payment and your receipt comes by email. No account, no subscription.
Can I keep it ready for next time?
Yes. Upload the skill once to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot, or add the text file to a ChatGPT Project or custom GPT, a Claude Project, a Grok project or a Copilot agent. The start-here guide shows each.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It writes each message and you read it and send it yourself.
Is this legal advice?
No. It helps you put your case clearly and keep it moving. For large sums, a court date or anything you are unsure about, speak to a lawyer or a free advice service where you live.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
