The situation
You sold a used camera lens for $640 and shipped it tracked to the address on the order. Tracking shows it delivered on October 14, but the buyer has opened an item not received case.

I sold a used 50mm camera lens for $640 on October 9 and shipped it on October 10 by tracked mail, tracking number ending 6678, to the address shown on the order.
Tracking shows delivery to that address on October 14 at 2:12pm. Screenshots of the full tracking history and the shipping receipt are attached.
On October 16 I suggested in the case thread that the buyer check with neighbors and any safe place. I have also asked the carrier for its proof of delivery and will add it when it arrives.
I ask that this case be closed in my favor.
