Weekly Planner cover

AI agent pack for operations

Weekly Planner

Priorities from quarter goals, a time-blocked week with buffer, a daily top 3 and a Friday review.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run a small wholesale bakery. Thursday has a production meeting at 09:00 and a buyer call at 14:00, and your week plan puts the new price list first.

It asks you, for example

  1. Your name, role, and what you run
  2. Up to three quarter goals, and the week
  3. Fixed weekly commitments: day, time, length
  4. Working days, hours and lunch
The daily top 3 it gives you

TODAY: Thu 19 Nov, 8h (Fixed 2h, Priority 3h, Admin 1h, Buffer 2h)
1. Finish the 2027 wholesale price list (1.5h, P1). Done means: every price checked and the list saved as a PDF.
2. Send the sample order form to three new cafés (1h, P2). Done means: all three sent.
3. Book the delivery van's service (0.5h). Done means: a service date confirmed.
Fixed today: 09:00-10:00 production meeting. 14:00-15:00 call with the café group buyer.
Buffer: 10:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:00.
Next: Tell me tonight what got done and I will set tomorrow's top 3.

If the day goes wrong, it replans from the time you give, using buffer first, then moving the lowest-scoring work.

An AI planner in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It builds your week from your goals and real working hours, with buffer in every day.

Give it your goals, fixed meetings and hours once. It scores your tasks, picks a top 3, blocks out the week in half hours, rebuilds it when a day goes wrong and runs a Friday review.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • Fixed planning maths: every day adds up to your hours, with buffer and admin set by the length of the day.
  • A simple score for every task, so the top 3 comes from your goals and due dates, not from whoever asked last.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your name and role, quarter goals and which week you are in, fixed commitments and working hours, then gives you a Planner Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A calendar tool. It does not add events or send invites; you copy the times in.
  • A hustle coach. It will not plan past 10 working hours a day, remove lunch or cut buffer.
  • Health advice. It plans time, not sleep, food or exercise.

Inside her real hours, the top priority first, and 2h of buffer for the call that overruns. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Time-Blocked WeekPlans your week in half-hour blocks with a top 3, buffer and admin daily, and a totals table that adds up.Different: Sets buffer by day length (0.5h to 2h), caps days at 10h, and shows a totals table where every day and every column adds up exactly.
Daily Top 3Picks the three things that make today or tomorrow a good day, each with hours and what done looks like.Different: Sizes the list to the day's priority hours (0.5h gives 1 item, 1h gives 2, 1.5h or more gives 3) and shows where today's buffer sits.
Weekly Task PrioritiesScores your tasks 0 to 6, shows what fits this week and picks the top 3 outcomes, each with what done means.Different: Scores every task on goal link, due date and only-you (0 to 6), never guesses a due date, and gives every task left out a reason in a few words.
Week ReplanRebuilds the rest of your week after lost time or an urgent job or meeting, with what moved and new totals.Different: Takes lost time from today's buffer first but keeps 0.5h, never touches later days' buffer or admin, and moves top 3 work out last.
End-of-Week ReviewRuns your Friday review: top 3 done, goal status, carry-over rescored, one change and a draft top 3.Different: Rates each goal On track, Behind or Off track against the share of the quarter gone, using only your numbers, and flags any task carried twice.
Saying No to RequestsSorts a mid-week request into Yes, Yes if, Not now or No and writes a 20 to 80 word reply to paste.Different: Scores the request against your week before answering, never gives a manager or paying client a flat No, and never invents an excuse.
Quarter Goal BreakdownTurns up to three quarter goals into milestones at weeks 4, 8 and 12, plus this week's step for each.Different: Splits number goals into thirds rounded half up, gives finish-line goals three checkable steps marked "(proposed)", and leaves week 13 free.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • Every day adds up to your hours exactly, and buffer is never cut. When the week cannot fit, tasks move to next week, not into your evenings.
  • It only uses the meetings, dates and people you give it, and it never invents an excuse when it writes a no for you.
  • It plans time, not health. If you mention stress or tiredness, it says so in one line, with no tips, and plans as normal, never past 10 working hours a day.
  • Buried in email as well as meetings? The Inbox Assistant pack sorts your inbox and drafts the replies.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
