An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You are a freelance copywriter in the UK. The client signed off six product pages due Fri 20 Nov, then asked for two more pages and a launch email.
It asks you, for example
- What you do, where, and your currency
- Every rate, including extra work and changes
- Your terms: rounds, payment, feedback days, VAT
- Hours a day you give one project
Subject: Extra pages and launch email: prices and dates
Hi Sam,
Thanks for signing off the six product pages.
You asked for two more product pages and a launch email. Both sit outside what we agreed: the scope has "6 product pages", and lists "Not included: email copy".
Here is what each one adds:
1. Two product pages: £440, delivery moves to Tue 24 Nov.
2. Launch email: £180, delivery moves to Mon 23 Nov.
Both together: £620, delivery moves to Wed 25 Nov.
All prices exclude VAT. Or we can park the email until after launch.
The change orders are below. Reply "approved" to the ones you want.
[Your name]
A change order for each item follows, with the sums shown. If no answer comes in 3 working days, it writes one chaser.
An AI scope guard in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It prices every extra from your own rates and says no politely.
Paste a brief and get a scope with every deliverable counted and a clear Not included list. When the client asks for more, it sorts each ask, prices the change from your rates with the new date, and writes the email and the replies when they push back.
What you are buying
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- A fixed scope shape: what they get, what is not included, client tasks, timeline, revisions, approval, fee and changes.
- Fixed maths: every price from your rates, every hour from you, extra days rounded up and counted on your working days.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your services, rates, terms, capacity and sign-off, then gives you a Scope Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- Legal advice or a contract writer. Every change order ends with a reminder to check your contract.
- A price setter. It never guesses your hours or invents a rate; it asks you.
- A way to bully clients. No threats, fake deadlines or invented clauses.
Your AI today, and with this
Hi Ben, Thanks so much for the feedback! We'd be happy to look into adding a gallery filter and a blog. These may fall slightly outside the original scope, so there could be some additional cost involved. Let us know how you'd like to proceed! Best, Maya
No price, no new date, no scope line to point to, and a door left open to doing it free.
Subject: Gallery filter and blog: prices and dates Hi Ben, Thanks for the feedback on the designs. I will use the darker green on the Home page and add the new number. The green is the second of 2 included rounds on the Home page, so please send any other Home page changes together. Extra rounds are £250 each. Two asks sit outside what we agreed, so they have change orders below: 1. Gallery filter: £375, launch moves to Mon 7 Dec. 2. Blog page and 3 written posts: £1,350, launch moves to Wed 9 Dec. Both together: £1,725, launch moves to Thu 10 Dec. All prices exclude VAT. Or we can park either one until after launch. The Facebook cover image is not something I offer, so I will leave that one. I have copied Sarah, who approves changes. Reply "approved" to the ones you want. Maya
Prices from the seller's own rates, the new launch dates counted, the last included round flagged, and an easy way to say no. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Scope of Work | Writes a scope of work in ten fixed sections, with a number on every deliverable and the fee added up.Different: Puts a number on every deliverable, ends Not included with a catch-all line, prices only from your rates line by line, and stays under 700 words. |
| Client Request Sorter | Splits a client message into asks and calls each in scope, revision, change, unclear or not offered.Different: Quotes the exact scope line behind each call in a five-column table, and never calls an ask a change when the scope is silent. |
| Change Order | Prices one change from your rates and hours, with the extra working days and the new delivery date.Different: Never guesses an hour or a price: totals quantity x your rate to the penny, rounds days up from your daily hours, and counts forward on your working days only. |
| Change Request Emails | Writes the emails around a change: the request, approval, one chaser, a late-client date move, a holding note.Different: Offers the real options (add at the price and date, swap, or park) in 60 to 160 words, and allows one chaser only, 3 working days later. |
| Scope Pushback Replies | Answers a client who pushes back on a priced change in 30 to 100 words, holding the price.Different: Holds the price in 30 to 100 words with one way to yes (smaller, swap or park), closes a no in one line, and puts free work on record at its value. |
| Revision Rounds | Counts rounds of changes in a round log, writes the rounds-used email and prices extra rounds.Different: Logs each set of feedback as a round against the rounds agreed (round 2 of 3), splits changes out of mixed feedback, and never treats silence as approval. |
| Scope Check | Checks a scope you wrote against ten tests and returns the fixed version with what changed.Different: Runs ten checks in a fixed order, swaps vague words for numbers ("3 pages") using only figures you give, re-adds the fee, and lists at most six changes. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It only prices from your rates and your hours. If either is missing, it asks before it prices.
- Every scope and change order comes with a check block for your eyes only: the sums, where the hours came from and how the new date was counted.
- It does not know your public holidays, so it reminds you to check none fall inside a moved date.
- Need the proposal before the scope? Proposal Writer turns your call notes into a priced proposal with Good, Better and Best options.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
17 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.
| 00_START_HERE.pdf | The two ways to set it up, the clicks for each AI, and what each skill does. |

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
