Project Status Reporter cover

AI agent pack for operations

Project Status Reporter

Turns messy project notes into weekly status reports with fixed RAG ratings, risks, asks and a monthly summary.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You are running a website rebuild for a dental practice. Content loading is slipping, the client has asked for a blog section nobody has approved, and it is Friday with the weekly report due.

It asks you, for example

  1. The project, and what it delivers
  2. Who reads your reports: client or internal
  3. Each milestone with its planned date
  4. The budget, and what it covers
The top of the report it writes

Practice website rebuild status report, week ending Fri 13 Nov 2026
To: Practice manager (client) | From: [Your name], project lead
OVERALL: AMBER. Content load forecast 3 working days late, budget forecast 5.4% over, and a blog section asked for but not approved.

Below the report it adds a CHECK block for you, and can cut it down to a 3-line update or a cover email.

An AI assistant in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It turns messy project notes into honest weekly status reports with fixed RAG ratings.

Paste your notes, task list or team updates and get a report your client or boss can read in two minutes: the colour and why, what you need from them, done, next, blocked, risks and milestones. It also writes the 3-line update, the cover email, a going-red note and the monthly summary.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • Fixed RAG (red, amber, green) thresholds: 1 to 5 working days late is AMBER, more is RED, and so is any move of the end date. Up to and including 10.0% over budget is AMBER, more is RED.
  • A fixed report layout with the asks near the top, so the reader sees what you need from them first.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about the project, who reads it, how often, the milestones, the budget and your sign-off, then gives you a Project Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A project tool. It does not connect to your project software; you paste the notes or the task list.
  • A spin doctor. It never lowers a colour, hides a red or calls a missed date a slight delay.
  • A guesser. It never invents a forecast, a figure or a date your notes do not give.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Project Update: Week 9 Overall Status: GREEN Great progress this week! The team has been working hard. - Designs complete - Build progressing well - Slight delay on the booking integration - Budget broadly on track Next steps: continue the build and align with the client on content.

GREEN on top while the build is late and the budget is over, no dates, and nothing asked of the client.

With Project Status Reporter

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Project Status ReportWrites one period's status report: overall colour, colour table, asks, done, next, blocked, risks, milestones.Different: Rates schedule, budget and scope red, amber or green on fixed cut-offs (amber: 1 to 5 working days late or up to 10.0% over), shows the maths, never lowers one.
Short Update and Cover EmailWrites the 3-line status update for chat and the cover email that sends the report, colour first.Different: Puts the colour and reason in line 1 and the subject, keeps each line to 25 words and the email to 30 to 90, and will not leave out an amber or red budget.
Project RAG RatingRates schedule, budget, scope and every milestone red, amber or green, with the maths behind each colour.Different: Counts slip in working days one by one and overrun to one decimal, applies fixed cut-offs (5 working days, 10.0%), and answers "call it amber?" with the rule.
Risks, Blockers and AsksLists a project's risks, blockers and asks from notes, or rewrites weak ones so a reader can act.Different: Counts the working days each blocker is open, makes any over 5 that a reader can clear an ask, caps asks at 3 and risks at 5, and invents no fix.
Going-Red NoteWrites the heads-up a reader gets before a report the first time the project turns RED.Different: Puts RED in the subject and opening line, gives old and new dates or figures, names only actions in the notes, and fits 60 to 150 words.
Status Report CheckChecks a status report someone wrote and returns it fixed: true colours, plain numbers, dated asks.Different: Re-rates every colour from the report's own dates and figures, swaps vague words for the number, and lists each change in six lines or fewer.
Monthly Project SummaryRolls a month of status reports into one summary with colours by week, milestones, budget, risks and asks.Different: Takes the overall colour from the latest report, not the strongest week, names every red week, writes "No report" for missing weeks, and fits 150 to 450 words.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • The colours follow fixed rules, not mood. If the rules say RED, it stays RED, and the pack helps you write the asks and the going-red note instead.
  • It never makes up a forecast. If your notes do not say when something will land, the report says not reported, and a near milestone nobody confirmed shows AMBER.
  • Before you paste client or HR details, check your company's rules on putting project data into AI tools.
  • Turning meeting notes into actions first? The Meeting Notes to Actions pack does that, and you can paste its action list in here.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
