AI agent pack for operations
SOP Writer
Turns voice notes and rough notes into step-by-step SOPs with roles, checks, screenshot spots, a checklist and a training quiz.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You run a bike repair shop and want a new starter to close up at the end of the day. You talk it through in a three-minute voice note while you lock up, then paste the transcript.
It asks you, for example
- Your business, and your name and role
- The roles that do or sign off tasks
- The tools, equipment and places you use
- Who will follow it: new or experienced staff
SOP: Close the shop
Version: v0.1 draft | Date: not given | Review by: set at v1.0
Owner: owner | Approved by: not given
When to use: every day after the last customer leaves
You need: the till, the alarm code [removed: alarm code]
STEPS
1. [Mechanic] Wheel the display bikes inside.
[PHOTO 1: the display bikes by the door]
2. [Mechanic] Switch off the compressor at the wall.
WARNING: Never leave the compressor on overnight.
3. [Mechanic] Count the cash in the till.
CHECK: [GAP 1]
4. [GAP 2] Set the alarm.
FINAL CHECK: [GAP 3]
GAPS TO CLOSE:
1. How do you know the till count is right?
2. Who sets the alarm when you are not in?
3. How do you know the shop is fully closed?
Once you answer the gaps it moves the SOP to v1.0, then writes a checklist version and a short training quiz.
An AI assistant in 5 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It turns how you do a task into a step-by-step SOP your team can follow.
Paste a voice note transcript or rough notes and get an SOP with roles, checks and screenshot spots, plus a checklist version and a training quiz. Anything you did not say comes back as a short question, never a guess.
What you are buying
- 5 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- A fixed SOP layout: purpose, when to use, who, what you need, numbered steps with checks, what to do when it goes wrong, and a version line.
- Fixed rules: one action per step for new starters, 3 to 20 words a step, at most 10 gap questions a round, and a pass mark set by quiz size.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your business, the roles, your tools, who follows the SOPs and where you keep them, then gives you a SOP Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A guesser. It never fills a missing step from how a tool usually works; it asks you.
- A screen recorder. It marks where each screenshot or photo goes; you take them.
- A compliance sign-off. It never says an SOP meets a law or standard; the person responsible in your business signs it off.
Your AI today, and with this
Standard Operating Procedure: Supplier Invoice Processing 1. Receive the invoice via email. 2. Verify all invoice details are accurate. 3. Obtain the necessary approvals as appropriate. 4. Enter the invoice into the accounting system. 5. Process payment in a timely manner. 6. File the invoice for your records.
Steps nobody described, vague words like 'as appropriate', no roles, no checks, and no sign of the £500 rule or the scam check.
4. [Office manager] Compare the supplier, amount, due date and VAT with the PDF. CHECK: All four match the PDF. [GAP 2] 5. [Office manager] If the supplier is new, phone them to confirm their bank details. WARNING: Do not approve a new supplier's bill until the bank details are confirmed by phone. 6. [Office manager] If the bill is over £500, send it to the director. [GAP 4] [GAP 5] 7. [Director] Approve the bill in Xero from your phone. [SCREENSHOT 3: the bill in Xero on the director's phone] GAPS TO CLOSE 4. Does a bill of exactly £500 go to the director? 5. How do you send a bill to the director: what do you do in Xero?
Only what the voice note said, with a role on every step and the £500 edge asked about, not guessed. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
5 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| SOP From Notes | Writes an SOP from a voice note or notes, with roles, checks and photo spots, then closes gaps to version 1.0.Different: Writes only the steps you said: anything missing becomes a numbered question, at most 10 a round, and the SOP stays a draft until every gap is closed. |
| SOP Checklist | Turns an SOP into a one-page tick list with the same step numbers and a line to sign and date it.Different: Keeps the SOP's step numbers, gives every check its own box, never drops a check or warning to save space, and keeps every line to 2 to 12 words. |
| SOP Training Quiz | Writes a multiple-choice quiz from an SOP, with an answer key by step and a fixed pass mark.Different: Sizes the quiz by step count (6 to 10 steps: 6 questions, pass 5 of 6), traces every answer to a step, and asks nothing about a step with an open gap. |
| SOP Review | Checks an SOP someone else wrote against eight tests and lists the questions only the author can answer.Different: Scores the SOP on eight fixed tests, says how many pass, gives one factual line per test, and turns each vague word into a question for the author, not a guess. |
| SOP Update | Updates an approved SOP for a changed step, amount, tool or role, with the new version and a change log.Different: Changes only what you changed, marks steps "(changed)" or "(new)", and versions by rule: wording only adds 0.1, anything else is the next whole number. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 5 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It never guesses. Anything you did not say comes back as a gap question; answer in a few words, or say skip and it stays marked as not given.
- It does not take screenshots or confirm legal or safety compliance. It marks where screenshots go, and steps involving safety, food or money get a note to check against your own rules.
- Before you paste client, staff or customer details, check your company's rules on putting them into AI tools. Passwords, codes and personal details are kept out of the SOP itself.
- Training new hires? The Employee Onboarding Planner pack builds their first 90 days.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
