An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You are hiring a Marketing Assistant for a 25-person furniture maker in Sheffield. The new hire starts on site on Monday 7 December, and you want the welcome email ready a week before.
It asks you, for example
- Company, size and the country they work in
- The hire's name, job title and start date
- On-site, hybrid or remote, and the address
- Team, buddy, tools and who sets them up
Subject: Your first day on Monday 7 December
Hi Leah,
Welcome to the team. I'm glad you're joining us as Marketing Assistant.
Your first day is Monday 7 December. Please come to the workshop on Mill Lane for 9:00, and I'll meet you at reception.
Your laptop will be on your desk, and Dev from IT will set it up with you at 9:30, so there is nothing to do before then.
Here is the shape of the day:
Morning: a tour of the workshop and showroom with me, then setup with Dev.
Lunch: with Priya, who will be your buddy for your first three months.
Afternoon: a look through our product photo library with Priya, then a short check-in with me at 16:30.
If anything would make your first day easier, just tell me.
Any questions before then, reply to this email.

Next it writes the team announcement, the day-before message and a day 1 agenda with at least an hour unscheduled.
An onboarding planner in 8 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It plans a new hire's first 90 days.
Tell it about the hire, the team, the tools and the start date. It dates every task back from day 1, writes the welcome email, plans the first day hour by hour and the first week day by day, and sets 30/60/90 goals the manager can actually check.
What you are buying
- 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- A pre-start checklist dated back from the start date, with an owner and a priority on every task.
- Fixed day 1 and week 1 rules: meetings at most half the day, at most 3 intros a day, one real first task.
- Versions for on-site, hybrid and remote hires, first jobs, experienced people and new managers.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- An HR legal tool. It writes no contracts, offer letters, policies or probation letters.
- Payroll or right-to-work software. It flags both to check locally with whoever runs HR.
- A scheduler. It writes the plan and the messages; you book and send them.

The skills inside
8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Pre-Start Checklist | Builds a dated checklist from today to the day before a new hire starts, each task with an owner and priority.Different: Dates every task from 14 days before the start to the day before, moves weekend tasks earlier, and with under 14 days left puts at most 3 moved must-dos a day. |
| New Hire Welcome Messages | Writes the welcome email, team announcement and day-before message for a new hire, each with its word count.Different: Counts each message from greeting to sign-off against its word range, puts the time, place and who meets them first, and never mentions pay, perks or probation. |
| Day 1 Agenda | Plans a new hire's first day hour by hour, from the welcome to a 15-minute check-in, with minutes added up.Different: Caps meetings at half the working hours and never over 3 hours, keeps at least 1 hour free, ends on a 15-minute check-in, and shows the minutes adding up. |
| Week 1 Plan | Plans a new hire's first five working days: a focus, the meetings and one small real task for each day.Different: Caps intros at 3 a day (2 on short days) and 10 in the week, moves the rest into weeks 2 to 4, and sets one real task finished and reviewed by day 5. |
| New Hire 30/60/90 Plan | Writes a 30/60/90 day plan in Learn, Contribute and Own phases, with goals, checks and three dated reviews.Different: Gives every goal a "How we will know" the manager can see, writes "target: not set" instead of inventing a number, and dates the Day 30, 60 and 90 reviews. |
| New Hire Check-Ins | Dates every check-in to Day 90, gives the questions for each, and writes the note after one from rough notes.Different: Dates every check-in from day 1 to Day 90, asks only about the work, setup and support, and writes notes from the manager's words only. |
| Onboarding Buddy Guide | Writes a one-page buddy guide: the buddy's role, dated buddy time, what to cover and what is not theirs.Different: Dates buddy time to Day 90 with a stated minimum it never goes below, refuses a buddy in the hire's reporting line, and keeps the guide to 250 to 450 words. |
| Onboarding Plan Check | Checks an onboarding plan or message you wrote and returns the fixed version, then what changed.Different: Returns the fixed version first, then at most five lines on what changed, and holds every cap on meetings, intros, dates, word counts and personal questions. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you an Onboarding Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. General onboarding questions get an answer straight away.
- It writes checklists, plans and messages only. No contracts, offer letters, policies or probation letters.
- Right to work and payroll setup go on every checklist as things to check locally. It never asks for ID, bank or tax details.
- Still hiring for the role? The Hiring Assistant pack writes the job ad, scorecard and interview questions.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
