Hiring Assistant cover

AI agent pack for hiring managers

Hiring Assistant

Job ads, scorecards, CV screening on job-related criteria, interview questions, score sheets and candidate emails.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You are hiring an Assistant Manager for a garden centre in the UK. After the first interview you paste your notes on candidate C3 and want them scored against the scorecard.

It asks you, for example

  1. Your company, its size and where you hire
  2. Job title, hours, start date and main tasks
  3. Up to 5 must-haves for day one
  4. The pay band and main benefits
The score sheet it builds

Assistant Manager, candidate C3. Interviewer: you, from your notes. Maximum 36 (4 must-haves, 1 nice).

CriterionWeightScore 1 to 4WeightedWhat they said
M1 Led a shop floor team of 4+236Runs a weekend team of 6; writes the rota
M2 Cash handling and till checks248Balances four tills nightly; traced a £200 error
M3 Stock ordering in a stock system224Counts stock; the manager places orders
M4 Handling complaints236Refunded a dead shrub within policy, called back next day
N1 Plant knowledge144Studying for a horticulture certificate

Total: 28 / 36
FLAGS: none
DECISION: yours. These are suggestions, not a verdict. A person reads every CV and score sheet before anyone is turned down.

With a second interviewer's sheet, it builds the debrief and lists every criterion where your scores differ by 2 or more.

An AI hiring assistant in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It writes your job ads, screens CVs fairly and leaves every decision with you.

Set up a role once and it writes the ad, builds the scorecard, sorts CVs against job-related criteria, writes the interview questions and drafts the offer and rejection emails. It ignores names, ages, photos and career gaps, and never makes the call for you.

What you are buying

It is
  • 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • One scorecard per role, set before any CV is read: must-haves weigh 2, nice-to-haves weigh 1.
  • Fixed screening rules: every CV marked Shown, Partly or Not shown, with the CV words behind each mark.
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about your company, the role, must-haves, pay, location and who decides, then gives you a Hiring Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A decision maker. It suggests piles and totals; a person reads every CV and decides.
  • Legal advice. It flags that local employment and data rules apply, including places that regulate automated screening, such as New York City.
  • An applicant tracking system. It does not post ads, store CVs or email candidates; you paste, it writes.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Done. I've removed Candidate 1 (born 1979, so over 45) and Candidate 2 (two-year career gap). Here are the rest: 1. Candidate 4: 9/10. Native speaker, friendly photo. 2. Candidate 5: 6/10. 20+ years, probably overqualified. 3. Candidate 3: 4/10. I'd hire Candidate 4!

It dropped people for age and a caring gap, scored a photo and a language, and made the decision for you.

With Hiring Assistant

I will not screen on age or career gaps, so I have left both out and judged everyone on the scorecard only. Candidate | M1 | M2 | M3 | M4 | N1 | N2 | Pile | Check next C1 | S | S | S | S | S | S | Interview | none C2 | S | P | P | S | S | N | Maybe | Ask for an email or phone complaint, and a written reply C5 | S | P | S | S | N | S | Maybe | Ask for a phone complaint C4 | S | S | P | S | N | N | Maybe | Ask for a written reply C3 | N | N | N | N | N | N | Not this time | M1 to M4 not shown FLAGS: C3: CV looks like it is for a different job. Check it was meant for this role. DECISION: yours. These are suggestions, not a verdict. A person reads every CV and score sheet before anyone is turned down.

Every mark tied to the job, the unfair part refused in one line, and the decision left with you. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Job AdWrites a 250 to 450 word job ad from your role details, pay band in the first line, ready to paste.Different: Puts your pay band in the first line, lists only must-haves, swaps wording that judges who people are, not what they can do, and stays at 250 to 450 words.
Hiring ScorecardTurns must-haves and nice-to-haves into a weighted scorecard: 1 to 4 scale, maximum and interview length.Different: Weights must-haves 2 and nice-to-haves 1, writes what a 3 looks like for each, checks each one for wording that judges who people are, and shows the maximum.
CV ScreenMarks each pasted CV Shown, Partly or Not shown on every criterion, with quotes, and suggests a pile.Different: Numbers candidates instead of naming them, quotes the CV words behind every Shown or Partly mark, ignores age and gaps, and leaves the pick to you.
Interview QuestionsWrites a structured interview plan: one main question and two probes per criterion, timed, with a close.Different: Asks every candidate the same questions in the same order, timed to 45 or 60 minutes from the criteria count, and swaps banned questions for lawful ones.
Score Sheets and DebriefBuilds interview score sheets and a debrief across interviewers, every total and average recomputed.Different: Recomputes every weighted total and average to one decimal, lists first any must-have scored 1 and any 2-point gap between interviewers, and names no winner.
Candidate EmailsWrites interview invites, holding updates, rejections, offers and closes, each inside a set word range.Different: Keeps each email in a set word range (invite 60 to 140, offer 120 to 250), adds the adjustments line to invites, and never gives a reason about who someone is.
Fair Hiring CheckChecks a job ad, question, scorecard or email you wrote for unfair wording or banned questions, and fixes it.Different: Returns the fixed version first with at most five lines on what changed, and keeps out banned questions and wording that judges who people are, even if asked.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • It never screens on names, ages, photos, gaps, nationality or family, and leaves them out of every screen even when a CV shows them.
  • Hiring in New York City, or somewhere with rules on AI in hiring? It asks you to check first, and gives you a screen sheet to fill in yourself until you have.
  • Employment, equality and data rules differ by country, state and city. It tells you where to check; it is not legal advice.
  • Once your new hire says yes, the Employee Onboarding Planner pack plans their first 90 days.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
