AI agent pack for hiring managers

Recruiter Outreach

Candidate messages, follow-ups, replies, submissions, rejections and agency BD emails. Honest about pay, with GDPR basics.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You are an agency recruiter filling a Quantity Surveyor role in Leeds for a client you cannot name. You found a candidate on LinkedIn who runs the commercial side of fit-out projects.

It asks you, for example

  1. In-house or agency, and your business address
  2. Job title, location, work pattern, contract type
  3. The pay band exactly as you can share it
  4. The three must-haves for the role
The first email it writes

Subject: quantity surveyor, Leeds hybrid

Hi Kieran,

I recruit commercial staff for contractors in Yorkshire, and I am working on a Quantity Surveyor role for a 120-person regional contractor in Leeds. It is permanent, three days on site and two at home, £52,000 to £60,000 base a year.

Your profile says you run the commercial side of fit-out projects up to £4m, which is close to the job. Most of their projects sit within 30 miles of Leeds.

Would a 15-minute call be worth it to hear more?

[Your name]

Privacy: I found your profile on LinkedIn. How I use your details: [your privacy notice link]. Reply 'no' and I won't contact you again.

If there is no reply, it writes two short follow-ups, each with the opt-out line, then stops.

A recruiting outreach writer in 8 skills, one per job, for Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Copilot. It puts the real pay band, one true reason and a privacy line in every first message.

Tell it the role, the pay band and why people join. It writes candidate notes, messages, follow-ups and replies, submission summaries, rejections and agency BD emails, with the real pay and a privacy line on every first message.

What you are buying

It is
  • Fixed lengths, timings and a three-message limit for every candidate
  • 8 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
  • Pay shown exactly as you give it, and perks only if you name them
  • GDPR, agency and pay-rule basics, checked and carefully worded
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A bot or auto-sender. It writes; you send by hand.
  • A CV ranking tool. It summarises one candidate against your role.
  • Legal advice. It gives the basics and tells you when to check.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Hi there! I came across your impressive profile and think you'd be a perfect fit for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing, market-leading client. Competitive salary, unlimited holiday and an amazing culture! Interviews close Friday, so let me know ASAP!

No job title, place or pay band, invented perks, a fake deadline and no privacy line.

With Recruiter Outreach

I won't write "up to £60k", unlimited holiday or a Friday deadline: none of them is on your card. Here is the honest version. Subject: payroll manager, Bristol Hi Leah, I recruit finance and payroll staff in the South West, and I'm working on a Payroll Manager role for a 400-person food manufacturer in Bristol: permanent, three days on site and two at home, £48,000 to £54,000 base a year plus a yearly bonus of 0 to 10% of base. Your profile shows you run payroll for 600 staff and manage three people, which is the core of the job. You would lead a team of four, and a new payroll system goes live in the spring. Would a 15-minute call this week be useful? Hannah Privacy: I found your profile on LinkedIn. How I use your details: northgatetalent.example/privacy. Reply 'no' and I won't contact you again.

The real band, true facts from the card and the profile, one ask, a privacy line, and the made-up parts refused in one line. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

8 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.

The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.

Candidate First MessageWrites a first LinkedIn note, message, InMail or email to a candidate, or first lines for up to 10 profiles.Different: Puts title, place, work pattern and the exact pay band in every first message, uses one fact from the pasted profile, and shows every count.
Candidate Follow-upsWrites Messages 2 and 3 to a candidate who has not replied, each with its send date.Different: Dates each message (3 working days, then 5), adds one new fact about the role each time, stops at three unanswered messages and ends each with the opt-out line.
Candidate RepliesWrites the answer to a candidate who wrote back, named as one of 12 reply types, under 80 words.Different: Names the reply type (one of 12) before drafting, answers what was asked first in under 80 words, and closes a no in one line with no offer.
Submission SummaryWrites a one-page summary putting one candidate forward, each must-have with its evidence and source.Different: Will not write until the candidate's yes to this client and role is dated, maps evidence and its source to each must-have, and shows gaps, all under 200 words.
Candidate RejectionsWrites a 40 to 120 word rejection after an application, interview, client no or a closed role.Different: Gives one strength and the one deciding reason, both from your notes and about the job, in 40 to 120 words, and refuses "overqualified" or "culture fit".
Agency Client BD EmailsWrites an agency email to win a client, two follow-ups and the reply to "what are your fees?".Different: Picks one of four email types from what you have seen or proved, uses only proof and fees you give, and puts the address and opt-out footer on every bulk send.
Recruiting Message CheckChecks a recruiting message you wrote and returns the fixed version, with its count and what changed.Different: Returns the fixed message first with its count, rewrites pay to the exact band, and marks every claim it cannot trace "check: is this true?".
Candidate Data QuestionsAnswers questions on candidate data, sourcing, LinkedIn, pay transparency and agency rules in plain words.Different: Answers from fixed UK, EU and US basics with their dates, labels what is still draft, and names the case that goes to your data lead or a lawyer.

How you use it

  1. Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 8 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.

Good to know

  • For each role, a skill asks a few short questions, then gives you a Role Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new. Data, LinkedIn and timing questions get an answer straight away.
  • It never writes "competitive salary", "up to" figures or perks you did not give, and every first message to someone you found carries a privacy line.
  • Data protection, platform and pay rules differ by country and change. It states the basics carefully and tells you when to check with your data lead.
  • Writing the job ad, scorecard and interview questions as well? The Hiring Assistant pack covers those.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
