AI agent pack for hiring managers
Performance Review Writer
Turns your notes into fair, specific performance reviews: strengths, growth areas, ratings, goals, self-reviews and meeting scripts.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You manage an accounts assistant at a 40-person UK firm. Your notes cover a cleared invoice backlog and two month-end closes that finished a day late.
It asks you, for example
- Your role, and reviewing others or yourself
- Your company, its size and country
- Your rating scale, lowest to highest
- The review period and how many goals
STRENGTHS
Clearing the supplier invoice backlog
When you joined in January, about 300 supplier invoices were waiting to be processed. You cleared the backlog by the end of March alongside your daily work, and suppliers have been paid on their terms since April.
GROWTH AREAS
Starting month-end work earlier
In June and September, the month-end close finished one day late. Both times, the bank reconciliations were left until the last day. Next time, start the reconciliations in the week before month end, so there is room to fix anything that does not match.
It writes the summary, suggests a rating from your scale with its reasons, and sets next period's goals.
An AI assistant in 6 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It turns your notes into fair, specific performance reviews.
Paste your notes and get a review with real examples behind every strength and growth area, a rating rationale on your own scale and goals for next period. It also helps employees write self-reviews, scripts the hard conversation and checks reviews you wrote for bias.
What you are buying
- 6 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- A fixed review shape: a summary, 2 or 3 strengths and 1 or 2 growth areas, each with an example from your notes, then goals and the rating.
- Fixed meanings for rating scales that only have labels, so a suggested rating always shows why.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about you, your company, your rating scale, your form, the review period and your goals, then gives you a Review Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- A judge. It explains what the evidence shows; you decide every rating and outcome.
- An HR or legal service. It flags disciplinary and formal matters for HR and does not write warnings or dismissal cases.
- An HR system. It does not store or send reviews; you paste notes, it writes.
Your AI today, and with this
Tom has had a great year and is a real team player with a fantastic attitude! Despite being off with his back in March, he always goes above and beyond. Areas for development: could be more organised. Rating: 4, Very good. Goals: keep up the great work and improve organisation.
His time off in the review, praise with no examples, a vague growth area and a rating with no reason.
STRENGTHS Making the trade counter faster Your goal was to bring the peak queue time at the trade counter under 10 minutes by March. The till report shows it averaged 7 minutes from March to September, so you met the goal with room to spare. GROWTH AREAS Keeping the weekly stock check going You started the weekly stock check on fast-moving lines in February, as planned. It stopped from May to July when the team was short-staffed, and it has run again since August. Next year, the aim is a check every week, short-staffed weeks included. RATING: Good (3 of 5), suggested You met two of your three goals in full: the peak queue time, and training Leah and Sam. The stock check goal was partly met. Your growth areas are the stock check and the late shift handover, not the core of your role: running the counter, serving customers and leading the team. CHECK Left out: 1 line about a personal matter that does not belong in a review.
Every line rests on a note, the time off is left out, and the rating shows its reasons. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
6 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Performance Review | Writes a full performance review from your notes: summary, strengths, growth areas, goals and rating.Different: Turns notes into evidence lines first, writes no strength or growth area without an example from them, and flags health, leave and warnings for HR. |
| Self-Review | Writes your own self-review in the first person from facts you give: results, lessons, asks and goals.Different: Asks five questions when you give no facts, writes each result verb first with only your numbers, and keeps complaints and personal matters out of the form. |
| Review Check | Checks a review you wrote for bias words, missing examples and HR matters, and returns it fixed.Different: Returns your review fixed in your own voice, then at most five lines on what changed, and flags for HR any warning or link to leave, word for word. |
| Rating Rationale | Writes the rating line and a 30 to 80 word rationale from evidence, or suggests a rating on your scale.Different: Tests each rating level in a fixed order against goals met and examples, shows the sum for "most" (two thirds, rounded up), and leaves the rating to you. |
| Review Goals | Sets next period's goals with a measure, end date and source, and marks last period's goals.Different: Writes "to agree" for any target or date you did not give, ties at least one goal to a growth area, and works out the end date from your review period. |
| Review Conversation Script | Writes a 120 to 300 word script for a hard review meeting, with replies to likely pushback.Different: Puts the main message straight after the opening, uses only the review's evidence, and stops for HR on discipline, grievance or discrimination claims. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 6 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It writes only from what you give it. If a note has no example behind it, it asks for one or leaves the line out.
- It never mentions health, pregnancy, leave, age, family or any protected characteristic. Disciplinary and formal matters get an HR flag, not a place in the review.
- Before you paste notes about a named person, check your company's rules on putting staff information into AI tools; initials work fine. It is not legal advice: employment rules vary by country.
- Kept one-to-one notes through the year? Meeting Notes to Actions turns them into clear actions with owners and dates.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
