AI agent pack for operations
Inbox Assistant
Sorts pasted emails into reply now, delegate, schedule or ignore, and drafts replies, polite no's and chasers in your voice.
See it in action
An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.
The situation
You run operations at a 30-person print firm and paste in four emails from Monday morning. One is an invite to speak on a panel that you want to turn down, with no reason given.
It asks you, for example
- Your name, role, and how you sign off
- Your top three priorities right now
- Who always gets a same-day reply
- Who you can hand emails to
| # | From | Subject | Bucket | Why | Next |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Mark Lewis, MD | Press install dates | Reply now | Always yes (Test 2) | Confirm the dates |
| 3 | Supplier accounts | Toner invoice query | Delegate | Invoices sit with Amy (Test 4) | Forward to Amy |
| 2 | Jen Hart, Print Network North | March panel | Schedule | Needs your answer, no deadline (Test 6) | Say no, draft below |
| 4 | Software newsletter | November update | Ignore | Nothing asked (Test 3) | Archive |
| Reply now: 1 | Delegate: 1 | Schedule: 1 | Ignore: 1 |
DRAFT for #2: polite no to Jen Hart
Hi Jen,
Thank you for thinking of me for the March panel. I am going to say no this time, but I hope the evening goes well.
Thanks, [Your name]
Next it drafts the Reply now emails in the voice it read from your sample emails, up to five per answer.
An AI inbox assistant in 7 skills, one per job, for the AI you already use. It sorts your emails and drafts replies in your voice.
Paste a batch of emails and get them sorted into Reply now, Delegate, Schedule and Ignore, with one next step for each. Then get ready-to-paste replies, polite no's, meeting answers, chasers and hand-offs that sound like you.
What you are buying
- 7 skills, one per job, each one checking its own work before you see it
- Fixed sorting rules: a scam check first, then the people who always get a reply, then deadlines and priorities.
- Drafts in your own voice, read from two or three emails you have sent.
- When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions about who you are, your priorities, who always gets a reply, who you hand work to, your meeting hours and a writing sample, then gives you an Inbox Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
- An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
- Connected to your inbox. It cannot read, send, file or delete emails; you paste them in.
- A yes machine. It never commits you to a date, a price or a favour you have not agreed.
- Legal or HR advice. A legal threat gets a holding reply and a nudge to check first.
Your AI today, and with this
Here's a summary of your inbox: Urgent: - Brightline changed their bank details. Update them and pay the £4,820 by Friday. - Jo wants a walk-through on Thursday. Reply: "Thursday works great, see you then!" Low priority: panel invite, contract, newsletter, demo request.
It tells you to pay a likely scam, says yes to Jo for you, and files a contract with a deadline under low priority.
# | From | Subject | Bucket | Why | Next 3 | Daniel Okafor, Brightline Supplies | New bank details | Reply now | SCAM CHECK: changed bank details, payment by Friday | Do not reply. Call the sender on a number you already have. 1 | Jo Patel, Harbourside | Floor 3 walk-through | Reply now | Always yes, walk-through on Thursday, Priority 1 | Tell me: you or Leo, and what time? 5 | Hannah Webb, Fernhill | Oak samples | Delegate | Samples sit with Leo | Forward to Leo 7 | Owen Hart, Kestrel Facilities | Maintenance contract | Schedule | Needs reading, due Fri 20 Mar | By Thu 19 Mar: comment on the contract
It flags the scam, waits for you to pick a person and a time before saying yes to Jo, and dates the contract. An invented example from the pack.
The skills inside
7 skills, one per job. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. It switches on only when you ask for its job, asks a few questions, and checks its work before you see it.
The Different line says what each skill does that a plain AI chat does not.
| Inbox Triage | Sorts pasted emails into Reply now, Delegate, Schedule or Ignore, each with a reason and a dated next step.Different: Runs six tests in a fixed order, scam check first, so every email gets one bucket, a reason naming the test, a dated next step and a count line that adds up. |
| Email Replies | Drafts replies in your voice: full answers, holding replies and fixes to your own draft, with word counts.Different: Puts no yes, date, price, attachment or reason in a draft unless you gave it, holds that draft with one question instead, and counts every reply's words. |
| Polite No | Drafts a polite no to a request, meeting, pitch, favour or extra work, in your voice, in 15 to 90 words.Different: Says no in the first or second sentence, adds a reason or alternative only if you gave one, never invents an excuse, and keeps it within 15 to 90 words. |
| Meeting Replies | Drafts meeting emails: accept, offer 2 or 3 times, ask the purpose, move or cancel, with time zones.Different: Offers 2 or 3 slots on at least two days, only inside your meeting hours, with day, date, time and time zone, plus a calendar check line under every offer. |
| Email Chasers | Drafts up to three dated chasers for an email that got no answer, then suggests a call.Different: Dates three chasers on working days (3, then 5, then 5 later), makes each add one new thing, and stops at three or the moment they reply or say no. |
| Hand-Off Notes | Drafts the note passing an email to a colleague, plus a short note to the sender saying who has it.Different: Writes the colleague note in a fixed four-part order (what, what is needed, by when, what you need back) and never promises what the colleague will do. |
| Thread Summary | Sums up a long thread: what is asked of you, what is decided, what is open, and the deadlines.Different: Sorts a thread into four fixed headings (asked of you, decided, still open, deadlines), at most 3 lines each of 25 words or fewer, with no reply drafted. |
How you use it
- Upload each skill once from the 1 - Skills folder to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. Each one switches on by itself when its job comes up.
- No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
- Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.
See the set-up steps for each AI before you buy.
What arrives
A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:
- A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
- 7 skills, one per job, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- The same skills as text files for ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot or any other AI, and one all-in-one file.
Good to know
- It works on emails you paste or upload. It cannot see your inbox or calendar, and it never sends anything: you send every draft yourself.
- It never says yes, gives a date or a price, or makes an excuse for you. If a reply needs one, it asks you first.
- Before you paste client, HR or legal emails, check your company's rules on putting them into AI tools.
- Planning the week once the inbox is clear? The Weekly Planner pack turns your priorities into a time-blocked week.
- 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.
What is in the download
17 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.

Questions
Which AI does it work with?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.
How do I set it up?
Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.
Why separate skills instead of one big agent?
Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.
Can my team use it?
Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.
Does it send anything for me?
No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
