Hiring Team in a Box

Four hiring packs in one download, 29 skills in all: job ads and CV screens, candidate outreach, onboarding and reviews.

See it in action

An example. The situation is made up to show how the pack works.

The situation

You run three physiotherapy clinics in Leeds and need a Clinic Manager. You ask for a first message to a practice manager you found on LinkedIn.

It asks you, for example

  1. Your company, its size and where it is
  2. The job title, location and work pattern
  3. The pay band you can share
  4. Up to five must-haves for day one
The first message it writes

Hi Sam,

Thanks for connecting. I'm hiring a Clinic Manager for our three physiotherapy clinics in Leeds: full time, on site, permanent, £38,000 to £44,000 base a year.

Your profile shows you run rotas and bookings for 12 clinicians, which is the core of the job. We are a team of 25, and the manager runs the diaries for all three clinics.

Would a 15-minute call next week be useful, to see if it is worth a proper look?

[Your name]

Privacy: I found your profile on LinkedIn. How I use your details: leedsphysio.example/candidate-privacy. Reply 'no' and I won't contact you again.

If there is no reply, it writes two follow-ups, three and then five working days apart, and stops there.

Four hiring packs in one download, 29 skills in all, one per job, for the AI you already use. Each pack sits in its own folder.

Add the skills once, then ask for the work in plain words. They cover hiring from start to finish: the job ad and scorecard, messages to people you find, fair CV screens and interviews, the new starter's first 90 days, and their reviews after that.

What you are buying

It is
  • All four packs in one: Hiring Assistant, Recruiter Outreach, Employee Onboarding Planner and Performance Review Writer
  • When a skill needs your details, it asks a few short questions, then gives you a card for its job, such as the Hiring Card or the Role Card. Paste it into a new chat and it asks only for what is new.
  • 4 packs and 29 skills, each one for a single job, so the right one switches on by itself
It is not
  • An app, a login or a subscription. You pay once.
  • A recruiter that decides. You make every hiring decision; it gives you the evidence.
  • A LinkedIn bot or a contact finder. It writes; you send by hand.
  • A lawyer. It writes no contracts or HR letters and tells you when to ask one.

Your AI today, and with this

Your AI today

Here are your top 3 candidates: 1. C1: great experience, though born 1979. 2. C4: native Spanish speaker, a great culture fit. 3. C2: strong, but check that career gap.

It picks for you, and it weighs age, language and gaps.

With Hiring Team in a Box

I will not screen on age or career gaps, so I have left both out and judged everyone on the scorecard only. Candidate | M1 | M2 | M3 | M4 | N1 | N2 | Pile | Check next C1 | S | S | S | S | S | S | Interview | none C4 | S | S | P | S | N | N | Maybe | Ask for a written reply C3 | N | N | N | N | N | N | Not this time | M1 to M4 not shown DECISION: yours. These are suggestions, not a verdict. A person reads every CV and score sheet before anyone is turned down.

Every mark points to the CV words behind it, and you make the call. An invented example from the pack.

The skills inside

4 packs, 29 skills in all. A skill is a short instruction file you add to your AI once. Each one does one job and switches on only when you ask for that job.

Hiring Assistant7 skills: Job Ad, Hiring Scorecard, CV Screen, Interview Questions, Score Sheets and Debrief, Candidate Emails, Fair Hiring Check
Recruiter Outreach8 skills: Candidate First Message, Candidate Follow-ups, Candidate Replies, Submission Summary, Candidate Rejections, Agency Client BD Emails, Recruiting Message Check, Candidate Data Questions
Employee Onboarding Planner8 skills: Pre-Start Checklist, New Hire Welcome Messages, Day 1 Agenda, Week 1 Plan, New Hire 30/60/90 Plan, New Hire Check-Ins, Onboarding Buddy Guide, Onboarding Plan Check
Performance Review Writer6 skills: Performance Review, Self-Review, Review Check, Rating Rationale, Review Goals, Review Conversation Script

How you use it

  1. Start with the pack you need most and upload the skills from its 1 - Skills folder. Add the others when you need them. In Microsoft 365 Copilot, make one agent per pack: an agent takes up to 8 skills.
  2. No skills on your plan, or another AI? Attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT.
  3. Ask for the work in plain words. The skill asks a few short questions first, then does the job.

What arrives

A zip file, straight after you pay. Inside:

  • A start-here PDF with the clicks for each AI.
  • 4 pack folders, 29 skills in all, ready to upload to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • The same skills as text files for any AI, with one all-in-one file per pack.

Good to know

  • Inside: Hiring Assistant, Recruiter Outreach, Employee Onboarding Planner and Performance Review Writer. Bought one by one they cost $176. Here, all four cost $99.
  • It never screens on age, gaps, origin, health or family, never picks a candidate for you, and never stretches the pay band, even if you ask.
  • Reviews use only your notes. Health, pregnancy and leave never appear, and disciplinary matters get a flag to speak to HR.
  • Employment and data rules vary by country and change. It states the basics carefully and tells you to check locally.
  • 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says.

What is in the download

67 files in one zip, ready straight after you pay.

00_START_HERE.pdfThe two ways to set it up, the clicks for each AI, and what each skill does.

Questions

Which AI does it work with?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Microsoft 365 Copilot all take the skills as uploads. Where your plan has no skills, or on any other AI, use the same skills as text files, in a chat or a project.

How do I set it up?

Upload each skill once in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or Microsoft 365 Copilot. It then switches on by itself when its job comes up. Otherwise, attach the all-in-one file to a chat, or add the skill files to a project or custom GPT. The start-here PDF has the clicks.

Why separate skills instead of one big agent?

Each skill does one job and holds only the rules, numbers and checks for that job, so it stays focused and the AI does not mix jobs up. You can upload just the ones you need.

Can my team use it?

Yes, inside one company. Each person sets it up in their own AI. You cannot resell or publish the files.

Does it send anything for me?

No. It drafts, you read and send. It never contacts anyone.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the files are yours to keep and change.

What if it does not work for me?

You have 14 days to get your money back if it does not do what this page says. Tell us what you asked it and what it returned.
